2 month past since my last lockdown set and nothing really changed. Lockdown on, off, then on again... pretty much chaotic times. Can't really follow up on all the noise around it and don't even want to.
But I'm happy about a the fresh spring and the idea, that there is a light at the end of each tunnel. So I try to keep calm and learn to make music for better days.

Night has a particular importance in human imagination and culture. Night time activity became a significant part of us. Nightlife contributes positively to social capital and the public goods of society and to the development of political movements. Prophets came to a realization of the supreme being in charge of the universe at night.

how about a memory refresh from that beautiful Saturday morning?
Actually I was trip'n around the whole night and couldn't really find my spot during the night. Started to panic about the fact that I've to play... But suddenly after I entered the stage, everything changed... Received such a huge amount of positive vibe from the crowd, unbelievable... and after that, the time just fly away and we really kissed the sun <3
I want to thank each and everyone of you who shared that beautiful morning with me, the funky Durusha colective for creating this recreational weekend every year and of course all my good friends for sustaining me in what I'm doing. 
Actually, they're all the same people :)

After founding it, then serving at the cultural institution of Gazette since 2006 on every position, turns in 2016 from listener to the other side, and gets now a new favourite point of view, from behind the decks.
According to his mentions, that dancefloor friendly sounds exists in every genre, his approach is therefore playful and sinks deeply under your skin.
One of Gazette's latest residents, Darai Lama, dedicates us his blend of emotive electronics and filling selection of close contemporaries. All of these, through his label party Hippie Deluxe or his joyful, positive vibed gigs. His alias name Darai Lama, implies that he try to increase awareness through music.

Once upon a time, there was a party at the lovely Spot Cosy Hostel in Cluj... a party that nobody knows, but where everybody goes...
The Hostel became my second home over the last years, when in Cluj. I think I slept in every possible room there and felt always like home . It's located in an old Vila near downtown with a fantastic garden in the backyard. The guys behind it, also hippie - at least in their hearts, are close friends of mine. Even more, I felt grateful when they asked me if I would come and play at a party they wanted to throw in the Hostel. It was so much fun playing for - and partying with- all the old & new friends.
Thanks a lot to the Hostel Crew for having me- once again and the wonderful crowd for that never ending energy <3

Fjord-Cast No.23 by Darai Lama

Way down in the valley were the dull lights of a small village; it was dark and the path was stony and rough. The waving lines of the hills against the starlit sky were deeply embedded in darkness and a coyote was howling somewhere nearby. The path had lost its familiarity and a scented breeze was coming up the valley. To be alone in that solitude was to hear the voice of intense silence and its great beauty. It was quite dark by now and the world of that valley became deep in its silence. The night air had special smells, a blend of all the bushes that grow on the dry hills, that strong smell of bushes that know the hot sun. The rains had stopped many months ago; it wouldn’t rain again for a very long time. The great silence with its vast space held the night and every movement of thought became still. The mind itself was the immeasurable space and in that deep quietness there was not a thing that thought had built. To be absolutely nothing is to be beyond measure. The path went down a steep incline and a small stream was saying many things, delighted with its own voice. It crossed the path several times and the two were playing a game together. The stars were very close and some were looking down from the hill tops. Still the lights of the village were a long way off and the stars were disappearing over the high hills. Be alone, without word and thought, but only watching and listening. The great silence showed that without it, existence loses its profound meaning and beauty.

Welcome back to our podcast series!

By 2015, Darai Lama, a member of the conscious DJ-community Colectiva Gazette, moves away from his homeland of Romania to Germany for new challenges. As a party-addict, he quickly integrates himself into the Munich nightlife. Meanwhile, with a monthly residency in the creative cosmos of Bahnwärter Thiel, Darai Lama, being an adventurer and free-spirited person himself, still conducts together with his partner in crime @tomirazvan regular devotional activities at Gazette, namely the Algorithm series. These involve musical and spiritual pursuits.
