Hi Music Lovers,
While DJing for private parties these dayz at the Cannes Film Festival,  I wanted to calm down a little bit the BPM, and come back to a Sexy kind of slow jam...
The track that I chose "La Décadence" was originally recorded in 1971 by Serge Gainsbourg with the participation of Jane Birkin, and it includes a bunch of very talented musicians such as English Musician Library composer Alan Parker on guitar... 
You will recognize the same kind of vibe that already appeared on Mister Gainsbourg's previous hit "Je T'aime Moi Non Plus" in 1969...
It's a Love song, on which I wanted to enhance the kinda sexy striptease dance flavor that you could imagine...
I have worked on re-creating a new Drum &amp; Bass duo with some extra spices, and of course a nice highlight on Alan Parker's guitar riffs...

After his highly recommended Downbeat doublealbum „Tales from the City / Country“ in 2010, Tobitob comes back with a pocket full of new remixes in 2012.
Cram, Renegades Of Jazz, Marc ‘Dirty’ Deal, Chris Krawall, iGadget, Deja-Move, Apollo Lovemachine, Sebus and Tobitob himself reinterpreted and refreshed the music of the studio mastermind in their very own and unique style.

Deja-Move and Cram are starting up with their remixes, sounding like driving along a palmbeach on a hot summerday. Followed up by Tobitobs very own remix – a deep and excellent remake of the track „Horseback“. The entirely unreleased title „Mangare (2012 Re-Edit)“ reminds us a bit of a mixture between the „Nightridertheme“, Balkan and Electrobeats. A remarkable and strong technoid remix of „Ryhthm Rødsnek (w/ Fünf Sterne Deluxe)” was  delivered by Marc ‚Dirty’ Deal. Be surprised by the work and sound of Apollo Lovemachine, who follows his very own paths, remixing „First Sunrise (w/ DJ Coolmann (Visit Venus))“ in an avantgarde kind of way. Further journeys into Jazz or Deep House as well as Chris Krawall’s Electro orientated music are showing up the wide range of influences that are united on this remix album, ending up in a Dubstep remix by iGadget, who is showing us what the word ‚soundcollage’ can mean.

All in all this album grew into a strong, outstanding, modern and ambitioned electronic record, a must for all fans of Tobitob’s music or for those who want to get addicted to it.

Montenegro based label, Digest Music is going even more international with its new release. The french have always had a recognizably unique and raw approach to jazz-influenced music, which makes their sound stand out in the time of bypassing music trends. Raymon Lazer Trio's timeless sounding fresh groove, Lola is a perfect example of that. An impeccable blend of live instruments and samples, the track is a potential classic. Anouk Aimée's voice (borrowed from a Jacques Demy movie) all through the tune makes it steamy and sexy, kind of reinforcing the stereotype the world has of the people of France, while Sami Fathi's funky guitar riffs and Morgan Theze's catchy saxophone playing will definitely get you dancing. Lola is also a great representation of what Digest Music stands for: finding the most interesting and promising upcoming aritsts who will help us define what "all that jazz" means in 2012.
