Valentina Kovalenko is a standout figure in the dark minimal movement of Southern Russia. Hailing from Krasnodar, she is known for her impeccable taste and distinctive style, specializing in minimal sounds. Her approach is a perfect blend of technical skill, deep musical knowledge, and a keen sense of style.

A resident DJ at Praktika.krd and a graduate of the 16 BIT DJing School, Valentina is also a regular guest on the radio show Taktika Zvuka. She frequently participates in events across Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, and Rostov-on-Don.

Valentina's sets are marked by their dark and immersive sound, blending straight and broken rhythms with rich, dense bass. She has a unique talent for creating an electrifying atmosphere on the dance floor, drawing the audience into a hypnotic experience with her deep basslines and textured soundscapes. She often incorporates exclusive, unreleased material into her performances, adding a fresh edge to her sound.

Her style is defined by minimalism, refined technique, and the ability to forge a deep connection between the music and her audience. With a focus on broken rhythms, deep basslines, and minimalist melodies, Valentina captures the essence of minimalism, expressing simplicity and elegance in every set.
