Dust and Loneliness

I have been teaching guitar full time since 1980 and I love it. As a father of three who 
all play guitar and are music lovers, I can think of no better way to spend one’s time. 

I toured with the Ian Thomas  Band in the 1970’s and was a recording artist with Polydor records, 
and continued to tour under my own name through the 1980’s. When I  started my family I in 1989, I 
focused much more on building my guitar teaching business and haven’t looked back.

The two CD’s I made in 2000 and 2005 helped me to reach more people. I had 
opportunities to open for great fingerstyle guitarists like Tommy Emmanuel 
and to give clinics in guitar to the Toronto Fingerstyle Guitar Association. In 2008 I was 
honoured with an award from the Ontario Council of Folk Festivals for my song "Feather Fingers" .
