Emerging from Berlin's underground scene in 2009, Dark Mode quickly established himself as a surprisingly versatile Techno-DJ and producer of various styles, playfully crossing genre-borders. His musical background in drums, piano, and percussion shapes his Acid-Techno productions, blending experimental synths with melodic Tech-House and organic but dark shapes. While utilizing iconic gear like the 303 and 808, his music authentically embodies Berlin's techno vibe, aiming not to attract but to deeply resonate. On his mission to explore and expand Techno's horizons, his music offers more than the usual mainstream — it provides an inner journey and authentic representation of all the dark souls out there.
