I Can't Stop

One of the later arrivals to the EA family, Koma (Max) landed on label, dropped a digital and then began crafting this monumental release... Alongside this he has worked with other scene favourites and more noticeably works and performs as 1/5th of Chonk Mob.

This release from KOMA see's 4 tracks take up worthwhile space on the 12" format.

1. Moonlight - Lead track of this 4 track madness is the hall mark that is KOMA. The simplicity of the lead/hook and the bass compliments it all so well and the the minimalistic styling of the drums 

2. Uncle Sullivan - Vocal Cut and a Siren Based Synth and this track is pounding!

3. Uncle Sullivan (Murk Remix) - The OG was menacing - The Murk Remix is powerful!

4. Deep In The Crease ft Dalek One - Everyone loves a good sample and this track is epic!  The  intro drawing you in until the Tom Hardy vocal leaves you certain of what is about to come. Dalek One adds his bass drive onto the layers of Koma drum work with flickers of both there styles throughout.

Although this may be his first release on Uprise Audio, 11th Hour is no stranger to the team. In fact he has been a member of the crew since the conception of the label, helping out with his part in operations. Little did we know back then that one day he would turn out to be one of dubsteps most exciting up and coming artists. So we’ve selected two incredible tracks to kick things off and that show the world that he means business!

'Hyperspace’ begins with haunting tonal phrases, reverberating subtle nuances and instantaneously creates a thick atmospheric soundscape. The bass and drums rise out of the depths of the sullen undertones, worked into the groove in unison with deep wobbly bass. All of these elements combined capture the essence of being submerged into deep space, taking you on a 4 minute and 48 second journey into the dark depths of the unknown.

‘Bravo Zulu’ begins with ear worm melodics and a hypnotic rhythm track. It's an enchanting introduction, but as the driven bass line starts to slowly fade in you get a clearer view of the audible bigger picture unfolding. The drums are very straight, but elements of percussion add swing and character throughout, all equating to a romper stomper of a track, laden with 11th Hour’s fresh signature sound design and pieced together with precise arrangement.

From a young age, Dark Tantrums has always had a high interest in music and got his hands on his first set of decks at the age of 14. His first, but not serious introduction to music production was with “Music 2000” on the playstation, but it wasn't until 2007 that he got a PC with FL studios and started taking things seriously. 
After meeting up with Kromestar and being introduced to the dubstep genre, Dark Tantrums was inspired with the music he heard and most of his productions turned more towards the dubstep tempo. A very versatile artist taking inspiration from all types of music, his sound is a mixture of hard basslines and perfect synths covering all styles.
 Since meeting up with Kromestar, Dark Tantrums dream of turning his hobby into a job has slowly started becoming a reality with a massive first solo 12”, already receiving critical acclaim set for release on Mala’s infamous label, "Deep Medi", a number of big releases on Get Darker and forthcoming material on Tunnidge and Cyrus’s, “Orgin Audio” imprint, his music is being supported by a number of A-List artists including Kromestar, Jay 5ive, Mala, Distance, Sukh Knight, True Tiger, Tunnidge, J Kenzo, Joe Nice, Cyrus, Von D and the list goes on. This has already seen the seasoned DJ booked for events all over the UK & Europe and demand for 2012 going through the roof as well as guest slots of radio shows and airplay on BBC 1xtra, Kiss FM, Rinse FM and more.
