G.xist is a London based techno artist and the co-founder of Depth.Request label.
His music is a combination of syncopated industrial rhythms and sombre soundscapes blending ritualistic, punk but also futuristic atmospheres with noise textures. 
Balancing between downtempo and faster beats, 
the approach of his dj sets creates levels of tension that brings the audience straightforward to a dystopian environment.
His next release « Anatoly » is a 6-Track EP that will be out on his own imprint, Depth.Request.

A two-hour session of self-reconnection will allow one to deeply feel forgotten and buried personal experiences, shattered self-belief, and self-denial. They constantly remind us that life is a series of mistakes that cannot be corrected and a series of losses that will live on in our memory.

This dark, tense mystical atmosphere and the whispering of unknown languages that speak incomprehensible messages to us easily evoke bouts of paranoia and the exacerbation of long-healed phobias, reflecting the same feelings that a person experiences during religious worship or deep personal tragedy.

HELLIS FOX [Kyiv/Odesa, Ukraine] is a sound executor currently based in Berlin. Her work represents a fusion of all psychological experiences through the lens of her personal journey and worldview. It embodies an abstract energy that encompasses everything and nothing at once, symbolizing the profound nature of existence. The alter egos of humanity and the events of the past and future draw us into a mysterious vacuum of darkness, where the beauty of what we often overlook is revealed — the boundless layers of the unconscious. Light cannot penetrate here, as everything is consumed by an impenetrable gloom reminiscent of Vantablack, the darkest material on Earth, absorbing up to 99.9% of light and creating an illusion of total emptiness. At this threshold — on the event horizon — the mistakes and wounds of the psyche emerge, which we typically ignore. Yet within them lies an extraordinary and captivating beauty that is seldom contemplated.

ABOUT SET: 

This set is more than just a musical piece; it is an experiment and an exploration of new sound pathways, an attempt to return to my roots after a long period of isolation. By nature, I am an explorer, and for me, sound is something more than just a genre; it is a means of communication, a way to express what cannot be conveyed in words. By combining dark shades and bright flashes, I strive to recreate visual metaphors that reflect my inner struggle and search for truth. This is a challenge to the boundaries of reality and the heavy emotions associated with the war in my country, along with the constant loss of everything that has been dear to me. I delve into the hidden layers of my consciousness, intertwining existential themes with avant-garde techniques, attempting to evoke visual narratives that lead to reflection, experience, and sublimation. I seek to awaken hidden emotions, bringing solace and the realization that you are not alone, that even in the most hopeless situations, one can find the strength to move forward despite the seeming finality.

DARKRED – queer-friendly community, passionately embracing untrivial, extreme music genres and avant-garde art. We foster unusual artistic projects, aimed to explore different forms of intimacy and proximity as well as variety of freedom expressions. The main focus for our selections is candid, harsh, industrial and dissonantly textured sound, which opens additional layer of emotionality, provoking honest and sincere contact with our self. 

We believe that dark and dissonantly-vibed music can be outspokenly therapeutic and creates internal space for honest self-dialog and experiencing complex states. Darkness is immensely embracing. Therefore we find this aspect exceedingly important, while experiencing collective trauma in Ukraine, daily facing death, destruction, torture, rapes, finding new mass graves of civilians on the de-occupied territories.
