Surreal East is the musical project of an artist who has been producing since 2011. With a background of experimenting across numerous genres like dark ambient, Cinematic Scores (OSTs for Movie and Video Game projects), trip-hop, breakbeat, post-rock, techno, doomcore, orchestrations and etc. the project is known for its ability to create deeply atmospheric, cold and immersive soundscapes. 

Surreal East's music is distinguished by its cinematic elements and an unpredictable dramaturgy, which adds an intriguing layer to every track. 

During the pandemic, Surreal East ventured into DJing and started perfoming with the mix of dark ambient, industrial drum&bass, crossbreed and hardcore. Then completly went into techno,
combining a passion for energetic beats with deep, cold atmospheric, mind-blending melodies.

By 2023, the artist had begun perfoming DJ sets alongside influential figures in the scene, such as Oguz, 6ejou, Parfait, Rouge, Skryption, In Verruf and Gabrielle Rites, the founder of the hard techno label and event series "INNERGATE".

Blending strong techno rhythms with deep atmospheric, cinematic and ritual mood, Surreal East's DJ sets have become a frequent feature at major events withing the hard techno community.

Nanzhen seeks comfort in chaos, combining her love of techno music with experimental soundscapes, exploring the space between romanticism and industrial textures. From hard grooves to dark, ritualistic rhythm, she established a deep connection to the crowd through well-curated selections, she paints the picture of an artist who's deeply passionate and skilled in creating memorable sonic experiences for the dance floors.
Her unique mixing approach has brought her sound to international recognition . As not only one of the local favourites, she has expanded her music footprint in Berlin, Copenhagen, Vienna, Riga and Prague, played at the renowned venues and platforms as FOLD, Corsica studio, Kitkat, Inferno, Gegen, Hangaren and more.

Vertov Model is a techno artist based in Paris who, through his mixes and podcasts, seeks to create a unique, phantasmagorical, and demanding universe, blending metallic percussion and screaming vocals. Each track must find its place in the mix, carefully considered and coherent. He uses techno to reflect the current state of the world. Minor Player : It was in 2013 that Parisian DJ Minor Player fell in love with techno and its world, after an evening spent in the famous Danish club Culture Box. Since then, she has continued to increase her knowledge of techno music. It is therefore as a true enthusiast of the New Wave movement and its sub-genres that Minor Player quickly developed an appetite for EBM and its artists, such as Mind / Matter, XTR Human, OTHR, Sarin or Reka. Minor Player intends to transport her audience into the post-industrial era of the 80s whose cold and metallic, but incredibly catchy sounds transport us into an ode to letting-go in each of her sets. Their captivating complexity led her to join the Atrium collective. Minor Player also offers a residency on Line Out Radio dedicated to her favorite genre and the artists who inspire her on this scene.

DARKRED – queer-friendly community, passionately embracing untrivial, extreme music genres and avant-garde art. We foster unusual artistic projects, aimed to explore different forms of intimacy and proximity as well as variety of freedom expressions. The main focus for our selections is candid, harsh, industrial and dissonantly textured sound, which opens additional layer of emotionality, provoking honest and sincere contact with our self. 

We believe that dark and dissonantly-vibed music can be outspokenly therapeutic and creates internal space for honest self-dialog and experiencing complex states. Darkness is immensely embracing. Therefore we find this aspect exceedingly important, while experiencing collective trauma in Ukraine, daily facing death, destruction, torture, rapes, finding new mass graves of civilians on the de-occupied territories.
