To explain how the sets evolve just to say I played after Salakavala and Igor Swamp, so I started with a more organic Suomisaundi sound, finishing the set after 3h with Freestyle Psychedelic Trance tunes, adapting it to the next act: Reality Pixie.
It was one of my best times ever, playing for such a positive energy crowd that was blowing in the air.

Dark El Kante - Down The Rabbit Hole

Honeybee queens never cooperate with one another. They communicate by sound between one another, but never team up to co-lead a colony. Queen honeybees always fight to the death.
However, it’s not that way in all bees. Many bees do form communal nests, where they cooperate to take care of their young. Some bee species even have looser forms of sociality, where laying workers are tolerated more than in honeybee colonies. Halictus sexcinctus just happens to be one particularly good example, because it can be solitary, communal or colonial.
There are, however, some instances where multiple queens do team up to form a colony without being communal. The paper wasps, Polistes, do occasionally have have two-queen colonies. Sadly the work isn’t shared equally between them and the smaller queen eventually becomes more-or-less the most dominant worker.
Another example of queen cooperation comes from certain species of stingless bees. Stingless bees can form colonies which have dwarf queens. These are queens who can reproduce, but not as quickly as the main queen. This is a social structure that’s just as complex as the honeybee, but a little bit more cooperative.

Get ready for one of the most eclectic, unknown and complex subgenres of Psy-Trance; Suomisaundi, with very anarchic and experimental sounds, which can be twisted or even very melodic at the same time, and always with a very fun touch and nothing serious.
The name Dark El Kante comes from a pun meaning "to go out of tune or act discordantly".
I play music ranging from Suomisaundi to Freestyle Psy-Trance to "kinky" SuomiGoa-Trance DJ sets.
Since the late 90s I have been playing DJ sets at different events around the world, radio stations, podcasts, streamings…
From 2005 to 2010 and playing under the Adama Rec. label, I was actively involved in the Scottish Psytrance scene, being an event promoter.
Later I was a DJ for the epic Japanese label 6D-Soundz and I am currently the manager of Random Records, a charity and non-profit project, which helps indigenous peoples around the world, making compilations of various artists Indigenous S.O.S, Psychotria Viridis , Shamanic Icaro, Native Planet, Survival International Vol. 1 and 2, Uncontacted Awá, Saamisaundi vol. 1, 2 and 3, Original Aboriginal, 10 Years Of Randomness, Kiitos and Finski Disco, that you can find here: https://randomrecords.bandcamp.com/
