It could be a joyful song, and yet every time you hear it, it fills you with sorrow. How could something that is so concise in its creation, be so profoundly equivocal? Everything is about perception, and interpretation. But whatever the yearning may be, there is always one similarity. Whatever it is, it’s always but a memory. We always try to live our lives to the fullest. But in the end, we always catch ourselves thinking about what this was.
