this is a weird verse for me. it was wrote during a time of not knowing what to write and if i wanted to write at all.
so i just let the pen move my hand and this is what happened.
sometime i don't know what i am writing or what i am saying but somewhere deep down i know it has its meaning even if i don't fully understand at the time of writing it.

From previously being someone who was naturally sociable and (fairly) positive in my day to day life, I've had times where being around other people filled me with dread. Now I live with anxiety and over time it has gotten easier to deal with the demons that I never saw coming.

The one constant that has always kept me sane is music, whether as an artist or a fan, making and listening to music has always been an escape for the facets of life that have become more difficult to deal with recently.

This is the first in a series of EPs of remixes from various artists of some tracks from my back catalog. All proceeds will go to Nordoff Robbins to help others coping with mental health issues use music as their therapeutic tool."
