For the eight episode of Lunch__Breaks it was my pleasure to have Laura Meester over at PIP! You might've seen her at festivals like Lowlands or Down The Rabbit Hole. Known for her groovy, good vibe-sounds she's quickly become a DJ not-to-miss in the Netherlands and beyond.

This mix contains two hours of pure good vibes, genres ranging from dub to disco, what's not to like?!

Laura about the first track: 
“The first track is Walk Into Space, part 1 and 2 by Mo Horizons. It's from the album Come Touch The Sun, released in 1999. The whole album really is a masterpiece, so if you don't know it and you're into jazz, fusion, funk stuff then you have some listening work to do. I really like Walk Into Space in particular, because all the instruments really tell their own story, and for me that's a very important factor for whether I like a song or not. It has a long suspense build, but when it finally drops then you will understand where the title comes from.”

Next cut is entitled 'Something Curious' which is one of two massive collaborations, More of a peak time bouncy track with Korg M1 undertones and HUGE synth work! 👽

Track 3! BzK with another belter in a more upfront proggy style but still staying true to those big 909 drums, A proper vibe setter! 🤫

Closing out the EP the second collab from the pair still sitting on that high energy peak time style that we all know and love, perfect for any dancefloor ✌🏼
