I am THE darklight. Some other funks stole the name necessitating the 'darklightprojects' title. The darklight has been in existence since 2004 and has been mixing the darkest, smelliest slabs of dnb and dubstep since he was 16. 

In his 6 year DJing Career the darklight has developed a relentless and precise, well thought out style and has appeared at countless UK clubs and festivals supporting the likes of Drumsound and Bassline smith and Nicky Blackmarket.

In 2006 he began producing and has since developed a progressive and uncompromising sound with a keen attention to detail and sound quality.2010 has seen a quantum leap for the darklight who it appears is becoming dangerously close to at least fulfilling some of his lifelong goals.

The work in progress tracks available here are samples of a forthcoming album which will be worked on until midsummer 2011, culminating in the execution of a top secret project between the darklight and one of the South-West's most promising up and coming events companies.
