A song literally pieced together throughout time... The story of this song started on a night of drug induced boredom sometime in 2013 when Chase Hebert and I were together  building it along with many other masterpieces.... After freedom returned to me I realized how much talent and so little time we had put into this beat... Dane Carmouche had became a close friend and helped me decide to rap something to the beat... So throughout 3 recording sessions... 2 where I had rapped the different verses of mine  and one of those occasions he had recorded the hook... And a seperate recording in which I laid down a guitar riff to it... The song was what we thought to be complete... Yet we all agreed it lacked something... Finally one night... My good friend and main inspiration on becoming a rapper along with my cousin Leo Melancon... Mitchell Simoneaux aka "Baby Glock" approached me with the desire to record with me... I knew he would be the perfect addition to the track and asked Dane to play the track for Mitch... And the rest is history...

Somewhere along the way everyone loses someone.. Every relationship is only a lesson on the human mind and methods of communication.. I refused to edit the extra time off of this track even though it may seem like nothing but noise to most people. I am not going to edit it because I value every second that I was blessed and lucky enough to collaberate with an amazing artist like you, Dane Carmouche. You taught me so much in such a short amount of time. You will never realize and understand just  how much our friendship and collaberations meant to me. We had become "the musical ying-yang." I only wish I would have contributed more of my time to working on musical masterpieces with you and your voice of an angel. We may meet again one day.. This life was just the foreplay.. If I die just press rewind... Kurt Cobain Nevermind...

Living in a Fairy Tale

What started out as a simple guitar riff that I strummed over and over constantly attempting to have Dane become inspired in an attempt to create a follow up to one of my favorite songs,  Relapse.. Which happens to be the only song featured on my soundcloud account in which the drum beat isnt an artificial beat.. For Relapse I actually played my kit along to the duel guitar sounds that Dane and I developed... However the beat for this track, YesterdayGone...aka "Detox.." is a clever articulate percussive pattern that Dane spent the better part of two human lives creating on garage band... Which is also what program we used to record all vocals featured on this soundcloud... All of this work is completely independent of any outside production or engineering.. I give credit where credit is due.. Dane spent alot of time engineering our songs into the art is has become... I consider him a Leonardo Davinci of home recordings.. Granted. I voiced my opinion until my opinion was acknowledged... We were like a musical ying yang.. Filling every void within the musical spectrum to hopefully be heard and inspire anybody... There is another voice featured on this track.. Joelyn Jackson did a great job cooperating and allowing her voice to be used as a piece of the melodic masterpiece... If you havent realized.. Tomorrow is on the way... YesterdayGone..

Anytime I hear a song.. Any song... It has a memory or sometimes not even a memory... It just inspires a thought about a person or situation... I have devoted my life and my whole entire journey to the study of humans and the civilization we call the planet Earth... I have learned happiness is a place we arrive at when we eventually develope the ability to ignore all negativity and although we may lose touch with ourself and others.... We will always remember the music we made with them or that they inspired us to make... Thank you all for being a friend at whatever point in my life we have met... I love you for being open minded enough to give me the chance to hear me out....
