Corrupt Illusionist is the brain child of MOHIT JAIN, a Delhi based musician who has been at the forefront of both rock & psychedelic trance music scene for the past 15 years.

Mohit’s journey started out listening to new metal music with his major influences coming from bands like Mudvayne, Deftones , korn, slipknot etc. He started his musical journey as a drummer against his parent’s will but perseverance paid off when he was gifted a drum kit for his 15th birthday. Since then he has played as a drummer &a vocalist for many bands including Half Way Through,1833AD, Zealotry. His journey was embarked towards more heavy sounds, so he turned to incorporating electronic music with the sublime melodies, crisp guitar riffs and soundscaped drum patterns .

Mohit started DJ’ing as a hobby continuously using various softwares and learning their uses and tricks for developing his own unique sound and music style. He started playing for his friends at house parties and other small gatherings as he was always interested in sharing new sounds & music. As the days passed by, he came in contact with other psychedelic trance music produces.He got to know and learn more about electronic music and thus could carve out the sounds that he was the most enthusiastic about.

He define his genre of music as “corrupt and twisted”. He has been responsible for dance floor stomp massacres across various venues in Delhi and NCR. He has had the pleasure for opening for various world renown artist like Highstyle, Whiptonge, Arjuna, Antagon, Junx Punx, Hyperactive 25, Wario, Fobi, kabayun, kindzadza, fungus funk, drip drop, zaiklophobia, komfuzius, gaspard, sesto sento, wishi, hyperactive 25, daash, azax syndrome, virtual light, guisseppe, confo, atriohm, archaic, megalopsy, kashyyk, frantic noise, arcek, spiral etc.
His music boast of complex geometrical arrangements of the beats and intelligent use of multiple samples overlapping with each other so as to deliver mind bending chaotic music resulting in major stomps by the dance floor Hooligans.

[ENGLISH] Few projects capture the essence of modern progressive trance as perfectly as Protonica.

Originally formed by Piet Kämpfer and Ralf Dietze, the German duo built a unique identity: steady basslines, immersive melodies, and atmospheres that always seem to look toward the future.

In this tribute recorded in 2025, I gathered 22 tracks that showcase the full scope and power of the project. From anthems like Discovery, Gravity, and Northern Storm to memorable collaborations with names such as Liquid Soul, Zen Mechanics, Ace Ventura, and Tristate.

Now after years and years of label-activity on Earth we feel there is no better way to celebrate the BIG NUMBER 20 than a double V/A.

Carefully handpicked, these tracks are sought to represent not only a token of our gratitude for continuously welcoming Parvati Records in this scene through dance, love and unity, but also sought to represent the diversity of the styles that the Parvati roster offers.

While some of the tracks ideally would transpose your mindset to a jungle party under the scorching sun, other tracks assumably brings you back to a fresh mountain party under the spectacle of a full moon.
We would like to think there is something in this basket of goods for the whole family.

We have, just as you, gone through a challenging and obscure time lately, those feet are longing to dance and that kinship out there between you all are wholeheartedly missed.

Since Free Earth Festival 2020 did not occur for obvious and tragic reasons we are waiting with heavy hearts and much appreciation and anticipations for Parvati Stage at the 2021 Edition.
With full force we hope just as you do to see the culture of psytrance music physically rise again like a phoenix.
