Consisting of two tracks, the 'Sharkfeed / Frenzy' EP is a true evidence of the artist's love for deep, dark, melancholic and moody soundscapes. The track 'Sharkfeed' is a vibrant mosaic of soaring musical elements through which cumulative layers result in cascading timbres. Eerie echoes are encoded into captivating majestic patterns where an exquisite sonic balance is completed. The accompanying one 'Frenzy', on the other hand, brings out a strong foundation with resolute beat frames and rippling pluck compositions; as a result, a seemingly simple but ever-evolving auditory collage ensues for your listening pleasure.

We start our second hundred releases with a bang! Let's warmly welcome Enertia-Sound to our Deepersense Music family. We've been following this great music act and DJ duo from England (Twisty and Andron One) for a long, long time. Enertia-Sound started out in 2007, and they soon made a name for themselves playing in underground raves and psytrance parties. Since then, Enertia-Sound has grown into a punchy mix of dancefloor psy and breaks from downtempo to psy infused progressive house. Their music has strong influences from psy and prog to breaks with driving funky rhythms, rough basslines, epic melody structures and cinematic build-ups. "Mandalena" is a perfect example of this unique fusion of sounds and influences. On the remix duties, the label's head honcho CJ Art with his deep trance approach. With the release no. DPM101, our sonic journey continues!

Stew Ewens follows up with one of the most brazenly uplifting bangers we've released on the label in a long time, with a bouncy bassline bubbling away underneath a stirringly uplifting chord sequence, before giving way to the mitziest of riffs.

Chris Green rounds off the package, gifting us a tribal infused trance workout, with a subtle vocal refrain and moody heads down riff, that reminds this old scribe of The Gallery back in its late 90's 5:55am Turnmills heyday.

BIO: 

Darkskye was created to embrace the side of me that appreciates and loves eerie soundscapes, moody melodies, deep dark basslines & haunting melancholic vocals. 

Trance was my initial gateway into the Electronic Music world roughly in the years '99/2000. So many of the classics will forever remain close to my heart. However, over the years I found that the purity of this genre was being compromised. As time passed by, my ears & mind opened to new music. Music that challenged me and brought me back to the underground that I so loved. I was exposed to (proper) progressive house & techno. Suddenly Global Underground CDs that made no sense to me back in the day began to feel like gold!

The music I support & produce will always be non-commercial, moody & with a darker edge. I firmly believe that Electronic Music was created with the intention of it being an alternative to the often "mindless" mainstream. I firmly intend to preserve the integrity of what the music originally stood for through what I do.
