Telemarkk’s latest single combines 80s inspired retro synth design with groovy bass lines and psychedelic elements to immerse the listener into an absorbing sonic experience. Influenced by aspects from likes of Dua Lipa, Tame Impala and Roosevelt, ‘Bloom’, a catchy, euphoric synth-pop track destined for the summer, resembles holding on to positives in negative situations, particularly felt throughout the pandemic when dealing with isolation, expressing the feeling of falling out of touch with people and the realisation/evaluation of a breakdown in a relationship.

Hurry Up and Crush Me explores the theme of accepting that at many points, things can go against us, and we can be on either side of that experience. Sometimes things work out, sometimes they don’t. On the surface I suppose this sounds pessimistic, but under the surface it's coming from a place of embracing and welcoming a natural part of the human experience. I wrote this song and produced it to a point, then had with my good friend Jerome Blazé add some extra production on it which I loved.
