Madrid native Dennis Cruz makes his Solid Grooves Records debut with three rumbling cuts including a remix from fellow countryman Wade.

Since his debut in 2010, Cruz has become a staple in Beatport’s charts, not to mention the sets of artists such as Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati, Nicole Moudaber, Yousef and Roger Sanchez. Throughout this time the likely producer has dropped releases on Saved, Deeperfect, Stereo Productions and Kinetika, not to mention his very own imprint Lemon-Aid Music. He now arrives on PAWSA & Michael Bibi’s Solid Grooves Records, joining the likes of Wade, Kuo Climax and Rockwell & Landers for an exciting second year for the label.

Initiating with the sound of a roaring crowd, ‘See Line’ was produced with the dancefloor in mind using thudding kicks, arcane vocal samples and an energetic rhythm. ‘Heads or Cruz’ is a more low-slung number with a focus on a killer groove, whilst ‘Bienvenido’ engages in a medley of percussive elements geared for peaktime antics. Tying the package together, Wade remixes ‘See Line’ to give it his signature twist whilst ensuring the heady vocals reiterate throughout.

Deeperfect's chief does it again: with tons of his experience and endless hours both on the decks and in the studio, he joins his countryman Larsen Factory in a single tracker release that made us jump out of our chairs and dance. Indeed, finding the exact ingredients to inspire any dance floor was always Noferini's strength and the reason behind his prominent place among the top in the world of electronic music.
"Push It!" tells us a story, but not with words. Instead, with many elements switching, appearing and disappearing, this one track is an action film encapsulated in six minutes and thirty five seconds, loaded with all the elements that consist of Deeperfect's special sound.

How do they do that every time? The Neverdogs simply never fail. The experienced Italian producers are no strangers to Deeperfect and in recent years and through mesmerizing releases they have been able to place themselves as a representing force in the arsenal of Noferini's label. 
"Frontiers" EP is a masterful release combining an incredible selection of vocals, applied in a distant melancholic environment and driven by powerful basslines. Oh, and obviously, it is the tribal percussive elements that lead the way again, like in most Deeperfect's creations. The original mix is a day out on the playground. The Fortyseven remix goes a greater distance and gives the original mix a cold, afterhourish flavour. Gruuve's remix compensates: it is emphasizing the tribal elements and add warm, classic housy chords. And yes, as always, there is a peaktime version as well, brought to you by Sascha Dive. Once again, a release that is an entire musical toolbox.

Hot Creations are launching a new ‘Paradise on Earth’ DJ Mix series with the first instalment coming as a Mexico special from Paradise residents and label regulars Nathan Barato and Patrick Topping. Each mix is expertly crafted, fusing musical influences with exclusive new material alongside current favourites for your listening pleasure.

The first CD comes from Toronto-based DJ & producer Nathan Barato, an artist that has been on the rapid rise with releases on Cajual, MOOD, Relief, Saved, Circus Records, Defected and of course Hot Creations. Barato’s mix kickstarts with the sonorous opening of Derrick Carter’s ‘Where You at?’ soon venturing into big dancefloor movers like Moritz Piske ‘Dirt Cabana’ and Makam’s ‘Loletta’. Nathan explains, "This is the first compilation I've done, so I was nervous and excited when building the tracklist. I wasn't inclined to make a mix that was only bombs ...I wanted to express myself and show a different side of my sound.”

UK talent Patrick Topping has cemented his status as one of the most in demand names in dance music and this year completing his third summer as resident at DC10 in Ibiza for Paradise. Here Patrick showcases the sound and style of his sets with hi-energy from the word go. “This was my first time putting together a licensed mix and it was such a fun project. Most the tracks are older but I was also luckily enough to include some of my favourite unreleased tracks of the moment. Thanks to Oli Furness, Jack N Jerk, Sean Miller & Elliot Adamson for letting me use these. There are also 3 brand new productions of mine in here.” - Patrick Topping

Since label head and visionary Jamie Jones began his Paradise night at DC10 in Ibiza five years ago, the night has gone on to be by far one of the biggest on the island, inviting the biggest names in the business to come play alongside his solid crew of talented friends and residents. The launch of the new mix series is a natural progression for the brand as the Hot Creations and Paradise empire continues to grow only stronger.
