Moog MInitaur

This is an improvisation I did with my GRP A4. It intentionally is less reliant on filter distortion levels. A lot of stuff is going on using the sequencer. This is the soundtrack to the video I did on YouTube. The GRP A4 is going through a Strymon Timeline and a Strymon Blue Sky Reverberator. All percussion is done from my modified 606 with some reverb on it. This was all done in one take. I like how it came out!

30 years of Dusk to Dawn: On the occasion of the group's anniversary, the German synth-pop band release their very first song, Eternal Dawn, in a complete re-recording. What was created in 1991 to 1992 without much experience on a four-track recorder is now a pretty contemporary track with fat (real) bass, groovy guitar and got a new keyboard line. The track was written in 1991 by Andreas Kleinwächter and Achim Zolke. It was recorded and produced by Dusk to Dawn in the original line-up:

This Acid jam features Minitaur as the main bass synth; drums are a Roland TR-505 and Alesis SR-16, both circuit-bent.  The noise drone that comes in at about 00:20 is a Minimoog Voyager.

a short musical biography :
I started to make music in '86, went through several phases (Experimental, Metal, Wave, Trance...) and stopped with music in '96. 
Started again in 2007 and haven't stopped yet ;)
I tend to do all kinds of music nowadays. Don't really know much about musical genres anymore...

Most music you find here is from my solo projects. Yet I also do the occasional remix and entertain collaborations with my friends Möbius, Shirioyuki, Jochen and Jörg.
Last but not least I also am a member of the Synthpop/New-Wave band Dusk to Dawn.
