This set was inspired by electro from Germany where i once lived..Poland , Spain, Miami, and from going down the rabbit hole on Bandcamp. I want to thank Robodrum, Carlos Sicrock, Brakdata from Ireland, Pablo Funk, Alex Rodriguez aka Cloak , Dagger and the Elektro Godz Crew for playing a huge role in making this happen. Elektro Global was designed/Created to be used as an outlet for djs and producers I admire to use as a hub to find other artists to work with from a trusted source. 
I have had the opportunity to work on many great artists and at the end of the day what we do is for the love.

This mix is dedicated to all those who played a role in the innovation of electronic music from Kraftwerk in the late 70s to (1981 the year I was born) —>Soul Sonic Force “Planet Rock”, Nucleus “Jam in it” , and the many great artists throughout the 80s.. (90s)—> Dave Noeler of Dynamix II “Give The DJ a Break” and DJ Magic Mike “Drop The Bass”… 

Being raised in Frankfurt from 1981 - 1989, electro funk played a huge part in my childhood and though I waited almost 30 years before I really started taking my passion to the next level ..I needed to make sure that I had mastered a trade and had a career that my dad would be proud of first. He always told me “Don’t quit your day job Andre!” Well.. I never did and that’s one thing I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about becoming a dj. Make sure you prioritize a career path separate from the music industry first. The successful DJs that are doing well streaming have had careers first prior to streaming. Very few can say that they are living off of djing as it is a passion and should never be considered a job.
