Ever since he was young music played a majorscene in his life. He was brought up on different genres of music from Reggae, RnB, Hip Hop, Garage, Dubstep, Rock, Grime, Pop and even a little bit of Country. He first started with the name Status but he believed he never had a Status yet. He then went through names to suit him but none of them clicked. In a dream D'Artist came to him. he believed this was the right name for him because the d mean't dark due to thinking of dark thoughts constantly. D'Artist grew up in bedford where he claimed to be the safest place until the times changed. He believes he escaped from a life of drugs, violence and gangs because of his mothers perception of his area. In his journey he believes that Gods looking after him while the devil still tempts him. D'Artist was labelled dumb, due to the fact he had trouble expressing himself. He then took the path of music, performing acts and gym he believes these are the things that have made him the man he is today. He is been writinglyrics from the age of 16. He believes music will carry him through. STAY TUNED
