Consequently, this cultural deficit has had a considerable impact on the local scene. Ironically, it has spawned a new cultural phenomenon. We're uncertain how long it will take to cultivate the cultural heritage of this city, but what we do know is that we, the "new youth," possess rich ideas and are unwilling to compromise. The upstanding citizens of this city have dubbed us "Bad Kids."
