The year 2022 marked a milestone in her career, as she founded Ørnament, an event production company and collective of women artists based in Buenos Aires. This project reflects her dedication to promoting the female presence in the local music scene.

Merlina has left a significant mark on the Buenos Aires night scene, participating in various booths and performing in renowned clubs both in the city and in the interior of the country, including southern Argentina. His music has also transcended borders, reaching international audiences in Uruguay, Paraguay and Spain.

Currently, Merlina is part of the exclusive roster of MBA, a national artist agency that recognizes and supports her exceptional talent. Her continued commitment to sonic innovation and the promotion of diversity in music positions her as a leading figure in the contemporary electronic scene.

Born in 1986, in Bucharest, Romania, Michael Ius began studying classical music at the age of 14.

Michael's first encounter with techno came in 2012, when he discovered a whole new universe of thoughts and emotions. He is influenced by uplifting grooves and hypnotic sounds, balancing body and mind through music.

Since then, he has been tirelessly exploring and refining his production skills and DJ sets, earning the support of prominent underground DJs such as Marron, Alarico, Alberto Tolo, Dave Clarke, Insolate, Lobster, and many more.

Berlin-based Inox Traxx is quickly gaining attention as a DJ and producer. Her first release on Overbalance in 2019 showcased her distinct sound, often including dark choir-like vocals over icy synths, all following a minimalistic, hard hitting groove. On her Indicators EP released last year, she uses many of the same elements, but also created a more hypnotic feel with bleeping modular sounds that slowly oscillate in and out.

As a DJ, she plays in line of her own productions, favoring minimalistic hard hitting kick drums, dystopian vocals and minimalistic percussion patterns. In this mix, she only showcases her own productions.

Was ist eure liebste gemeinsame Dancefloor-Erfahrung?

Dimi: Pollerwiesen Minus Open Air 2013 in Leverkusen - Richie Hawtins Closing am Ende des Tages als die Sonne unter ging und diese alienartige Musik aus den Speakern kam. Der Vibe auf dem Dancefloor, unbezahlbar!
Enes: Auf einem Open Air in Hannover 2012, als Richie Hawtin gespielt hat und seine Effekte hat reinspielen lassen, er war so gut! Dimi und ich konnten nicht glauben, was er da macht.

Welche Musik abseits von Techno inspiriert euch?

Enes: Ambient, Micro House, OG Trance von früher, aber auch Oldschool Rap aus den 90ern
Dimi: Hip Hop (90er), Jazz, Blues

What is your favorite shared dancefloor experience?

Dimi: Pollerwiesen Minus Open Air 2013 in Leverkusen - Richie Hawtin's closing at the end of the day when the sun went down and this alien-like music came out of the speakers. The vibe on the dancefloor, priceless!
Enes: At an Open Air in Hanover in 2012 when Richie Hawtin played and had his effects played in, he was so good! Dimi and I couldn't believe what he was doing.

What music apart from techno inspires you?

Enes: Ambient, micro house, OG trance from the past, but also old school rap from the 90s
Dimi: Hip hop (90s), jazz, blues

Over the years, Tasha has graced numerous venues across Europe and CIS countries, collaborating with artists globally, enriching her sonic palette. A recent collaboration to watch out for is the upcoming 2024 release of "Bel Fort & Tasha Safari: Disorder EP."

Currently, she is deeply immersed in a collaboration with Alessandro Adriani of Mannequin Records, embarking on an innovative techno project. Together, they are crafting a cutting-edge album and gearing up for an emphasis on live performances.

Daryn Steytler is a Techno producer from South Africa, Cape Town/Stellenbosch. His underground sound of production has seen this young talent play various spaces across the country.  Coming from a drummers background he uses interesting drum rhythms with raw ambiances, Modular sequences and tight percussions. Daryn Steytler is also the founder and director of LINKED which is an event company that feeds into the ever growing techno scene in Cape Town. He also runs his own independent label called KONCEPT which focuses on RAW/Deep/Hypnotic/Modular/Hard Groove/Dub production, inspiration coming from LINKED events and the sound that the event portrays.
