Summer Of Love, Été 67. Des centaines de milliers de jeunes se réunissent à San Francisco, où la contre-culture hippie bat son plein. Au cœur de cet océan d'amour, naquit l'hymne San Francisco de John Phillips, membre du groupe The Mama's & The Papas (cf. California Dreamin'). Repris juste après par Scott McKenzie, j'ai décidé d'ouvrir mon tout nouveau mix "My Summer Of Love" par cette hymne légendaire. S'ensuit une inspiration du 2nd Summer Of Love des étés britanniques 88 & 89, où l'Acid House fleurit pour la première fois en Europe. Comme j'adore le faire, mon expérience personnelle vient évidemment s'inscrire dans le déroulement de ce mix, où mon image rêvée du Summer Of Love se couple avec les tracks m'ayant fait vibrer cet été. De 112 à 160 BPM, du breakbeat à la trance en passant par la jungle, la techno percussive et la hard dance, j'ai essayé de vous transporter dans mon Summer Of Love de rêve, et j'espère que vous vous y sentirez heureux.

Nymphony Series 4 : LUK3sur (FAST&HAPPY MIX)

This is the very first project of the label CONTREPOINT, that was created by the “breton” collective of the same name, to highlight emerging talents from the local scene.
It’s also the first LP for Klud, the young french artist comes up with a 6 track plus 2 remix. Techno, trance, rave and acid influences converge in this LP, and shows all the styles that pushed him into electronic music. He really wanted to work with the talented Umbraid, who bring a more trancy vibe, the whole embellished by a remix from MZA.
Inspired by the 90’s techno scene and the new mental one he built his universe around tech- no & trancy vibes and gilded with time to more fast techno. This LP is like an experimentation of a different sort of style and bpm to bring his audience in a groovy melancholic dance.
Attractive and powerful, Klud’s techno is like an experience of seduction in the image of his nocturnal journey.

Our latest premiere features a track titled 'Stop Crying' by promising French artist Darzack which is forthcoming on his 'A Night Lulled By Cupid Cygals' EP on Parisian label Take Hit Records.

Growing up the artistic hub of Brittany in France, Darzack’s intensive drum and percussions training, piano and singing lessons led him to begin experimenting with electronic music and hardware discovery. 

Darzack’s productions create bridges between various musical styles becoming a huge musical melting pot featuring floaty melancholic moments, acid touches and breakbeat inspirations.  

On the flip side, ‘Stop Crying’ lays down fast-paced drums, rising pads and cosmic leads driving the energy into oblivion.

The EP also sees Darzack invite JoeFarr for remix duties on 'Fucking Masked Depression' which is an absolute killer as you would expect from the man.
