Italy's Rosario Galati returns to Déepalma for his next release on Déepalma's soul imprint, entitled ‚Let Go EP'

 Rosario has been installing himself more and more as a pillar of the current house scene. Over the past one and a half decades he has worked in various partnerships, but it's his collaboration with the Déepalma crew that established his name in 2013. Rosario received plenty of support from influential blogs and DJs since then. This includes tastemakers like Mark Knight, Gorgon City and Nora En Pure as well as Danny Howard on Radio 1 and Nemone on BBC 6 Music, while it was his Kittball Records debut in 2016 namely 'I Don't Need You' together with Yves Murasca that was played by the legendary Dennis Ferrer in almost all of his sets that summer. March 5 now sees him return to Déepalma's spin-off label for the soulful side of house music, Déepalma Soul, to unveil his second release there, entitled ‚Let Go EP'. Sweet, uplifting deep house grooves for the soul.

The next release on Déepalma comes courtesy of label frontman Yves Murasca as he is joined by label favourite Rosario Galati on 'The Mind', for a duo of freshly squeezed Deep House cuts.

Kicking off the EP, The Mind is deep and driving with heavy drums and subtle pulsating melodics. Led by a captivating male vocal, punchy kicks, crisp hats, as well as the echo of synth stabs, it has all the makings of a guaranteed mood-setter to get the dancefloor well and truly warm.

Completing the release, 'Little Thing' is refreshingly upbeat. Beneath a wave of sultry percussive elements, its sub-bass melody creates a continuous groove - intercepted flawlessly by a combination of rippling synth lines and airy pads. Undeniably uplifting feel-good Deep House music at its best!

German House sensation Ben Delay unleashes an awe-inspiring follow up mix package of his 2021 release ‚Before I Let Go‘, accompanied with mixes from Superdope & Qubiko, out on Déepalma Soul.

Opening the release, Ben’s alter ego Superdope turns in an upbeat and potent remix of ‘Before I Let Go’. Centring around commanding piano chords and the emotionally-charged vocals of London based singer song-writer Tess Leah, the track ticks all the boxes for a big room club floor filler with euphoric elements and danceable energy throughout.

Qubiko follows, with an astounding dub version of his previously released remix of the track, bringing larger than life beats and captivating melodic components with a deepened twist. Following releases on Rawsome, Baikonur, Nite Grooves and many more, Swiss duo Br!tch are back on Déepalma with an upbeat three-tracker featuring the previously released ‘Burning’ which featured on our Balearic compilation series in 2022. ‘Slap The Bass’ comes with a generous serving of François and Jérémie’s signature bottom-heavy funk-infused House sound, perfect for wanting dance floors and big-room club systems.

Opening with the title cut, ‘Slap The Bass’ comes in hot with a rolling flurry of thumping kicks, crisp percussive drive and jazzy accents. German house masters Tube & Berger and Juliet Sikora have announced that they will be releasing the third volume in the 'It Began In Africa' compilation series on Kittball Records. For this, the label have teamed up with "The African Children's Choir", licensed their music and organised a selection of producers to remix them whilst contributing their royalties to the choir. The money will provide shelter, education and a new home for African children in need.

The first two compilations generated over 15,000 Euros which were used to support the choir and its social projects. The funds enabled the building of nurseries and schools to help children get away from life in the streets and this new edition includes tracks from Dario D'Attis, Flashmob, Josh Butler, Mat.Joe, Magdalena, Riva Starr, Walker & Royce and many more.

This is a deep and afro-tinged selection of house tracks that take us back to the roots of rhythm, embalming the earthy grooves with all manner of melodies, tribal percussive patterns, cosmic signifiers and more in between.
