Ist der Dancefloor noch politisch? In den aktuellen Zeiten der Pandemie beantwortet die Schließung von Clubs diese Frage. Und zeigt, dass der Dancefloor in seiner Abwesenheit als ein gesellschaftliches Regulativ, als Ort der Transgression und Gegenort zu systemisch abgesteckten Räumen der Konzentration statt des Verströmens, als identitätsstiftende und körperbefreiende Stätte und realer statt nur virtueller Möglichkeitsraum für marginalisierte Meinungen und Menschen eben über das Hashtagballern hinaus sozial, politisch und wirtschaftlich entschieden fehlt. Zugleich zeigen sich in der Krise die neo-liberalistischen Zwänge, denen Clubkultur unterliegt. Der Dancefloor ist immer politisch.
