We’re proud to present the seventh release on flurt. — Etruscan Vase EP [FLRT007] — a five-track collection from Essex producer Josh Smith, featuring refined reworks from Nath. and Cora M.

The three originals take listeners on a noir-inspired journey through organic textures, deconstructed percussion, and evocative vocal samples drawn from vintage cinema. Dubby, intricate, and richly detailed, each track carves its own space while maintaining a cohesive, immersive atmosphere.

The remixes offer fresh perspectives on Josh’s work: Nath. transforms Etruscan Vase into a textural, rhythmically rich reinterpretation, while Cora M reimagines Placebo with analog warmth, subtle depth, and hypnotic layers. Together, they complement the EP’s moody, immersive vibe beautifully.

Etruscan Vase EP continues to explore forward-thinking minimal, marrying careful detail with emotive energy.

Dashdot—written as a single word with no space—is a Brazilian duo whose members grew up apart but eventually crossed paths in São Paulo. Dashdot was born with a first appearance at club D-Edge in 2012. Over the years, they have combined their outstanding musical intuition and technique with an unusual stage presence, performing in places such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Russia, Mexico, South Africa, Indonesia, Egypt, and various corners of Latin America.

As they orchestrate audiences, their performances often garner intense compliments and calls for encores, leading to frequent invitations to stay as resident DJs at Warung and D-Edge, two of the most respected clubs in Brazil. They were recently recognized by the BPM Festival as one of the best performances of its 2016 edition.
