Mann rappt boarisch 

Liquid rappt wie ihm der Schnabel gewachsen ist: im oberpfälzer Dialekt. Der Regensburger hat mit seinem Spezl BBou grad einen Youtube-Hit fabriziert, und zwar mit dem König des bayerischen Humors höchstpersönlich: Gerhard Polt.

Er ist gekommen, um… 

...aaf boarisch z’rappen. Das war aber nicht immer so. Obwohl der 22-jährige Regensburger seit sechs Jahren auf Beats textet, musste ihn sein Spezl BBou erst auf die Idee bringen, so zu rappen wie er spricht: mit oberpfälzer Dialekt.

 

Musik für...

 … HipHop-Heads. Liquid bringt alles mit, was ein kredibiler Rapper am Start haben muss: Wortwitz, Raptechnik und die Eier, vor hunderten Leuten zu freestylen. Und auch wer mit HipHop nicht so viel anfangen kann, dürfte seinen Spaß haben, mit Liquids selbstironischer Art HipHop-Attitüden auf den Arm zu nehmen.

 

Sein Problem ist…

 … dass bairisch außer in Bayern und Österreich von den wenigsten Menschen verstanden wird. Aber erstens ist Liquid das wahrscheinlich total wurscht. Und zweitens hat das LaBrassBanda auch nicht vom Erfolg abgehalten. 



Auf der AC/DC-Aftershowparty... 

... würde Liquid auf das Intro von Thunderstruck freestylen, behauptet er zumindest. Und von Liquids bayerischer Lässigkeit wären bestimmt auch die australischen Blues-Rock-Opas geflasht.

 

Wikipedia weiß noch nicht, dass… 

… Regensburg sich langsam zur geheimen HipHop-Hochburg mausert. Dafür ist Liquid der nächste Beweis. Und der Herr fügt sich prächtig ein zwischen den Demograffics, Ratisbona Calling und BBou.

 

Seine neue Platte ist… 

… eine ziemlich straighte HipHop-Platte. Trotz vereinzeltem Dubstep-Geschwurbel, Ravebeats und Hip-Pop-Hooks. Dafür findet man auf dem Album "LaLiLuLeLo" fast alle bekannten Varianten des HipHop-Humors: die Weirdness der frühen Deichkind, das clevere Augenzwinkern von Main Concept und die überschwengliche Blödelkomik von MethodMan, Redman oder Busta Rhymes. Und weil sich echter Rapshit nicht um Kohle dreht, könnt ihr die Platte kostenlos runterladen – for real!
