Anjawah’s love for electronic music has been shaped by her clubbing experiences in New York, Chicago, Detroit, and throughout Europe. After settling in Berlin, she picked up DJing and has played in some of the city’s prominent venues. Anjawah has a flair for mixing a range of genres to create deep, progressive and acid-infused soundscapes. On Saturday, March 9th, she will make her festival debut at the Power of Female Art Festival at Teufelsberg in Berlin.

Putting together some solid minimal house for your listening pleasure, Hamburg-based artist Friz07 is also co-founder of the label Bladehouse. The label started out as a loose association of DJs from Hamburg and Berlin four years ago. In the beginning, the motivation was quite clear—more house and minimal in the clubs of the label residents. The idea of releasing their own music quickly came about without big names or labels, just for fun and for friends.
