Since summer is just around the corner we gladly present to you a real open air anthem by man of the moment - Tim Engelhardt - on our „Data-Sublabel“. His magnificent track „Nord“ has all the necessary elements to put a bright smile on everyones face during those summer days - Catchy string melodies, warm chords and a driving rhythm brings you up from the meadow and makes you move your feet. To top the package off we have our label head Mario Aureo on remix duties who focused on the main chords and the string melody and accompanies these elements with his typical organic techy groove. ‘Son of a Thousand Sounds’, the long-awaited sophomore LP from AFFKT is just around the corner (release date: September 23). But before that happens, we’re very glad to introduce 'Flashcrash' to you, the final single before the album's released.  

This new song once again features the stunning vocals of Sutja Gutierrez, a skilled singer who also appears on ‘The Show’ (the first single taken from the album) and ‘Someone in the Sky’ (second single).

The icing of this freshly baked cake is thanks to the remixers: Renato Cohen and dubspeeka, both highly respected artists, complete the diversified and sophisticated electronic journey of the Spanish talent. The São Paulo-based Cohen gives us our Debut Transmission, which demonstrates once again his natural talent on the groove, utilising snippets of the original's dynamic vocal layered with scratchy percussion loops. Whilst, on the other hand, the shadowy Bristolian producer dubspeeka delivers yet another booming smart-techno soundscape. An authentic intoxicating dancefloor cut.

After his very successful "Blind"-EP on WHATIPLAY, Dayne S is now adding another release to his WHATIPLAY collection in the form of his new "Sensor"-EP. "Sense the environment and new impressions to move freely from your inside." That's how Dayne S describes his central idea, while he produced the deephouse-tracks "Sensor" and "Labyrinth". Listening to the tracks, you are definitely able to relate to this thought, as both tracks encourage you to dance due to their catchy rhythm.

Nach seiner auf WHATIPLAY veröffentlichten und überaus erfolgreichen "Blind"-EP legt Dayne S mit der hier vorliegenden "Sensor"-EP nunmehr nach. "Die Umwelt und neue Eindrücke wahrnehmen und sich durch diese aus dem Inneren heraus zu bewegen", so beschreibt Dayne S seine Kerngedanken bei der Produktion der beiden Deephouse-Tracks "Sensor" und "Labyrinth". Diese Gedanken kann man beim Anhören beider Tracks auch sofort nachvollziehen, regen doch beide Tracks durch ihren eingängigen Rhytmus konsequent zur Bewegung an.
