Despite sounding like a butler from the Home Counties, Alfred English is a Los Angeles-based producer bringing big, ballsy bass music to Canadian label, Infinite Machine.

The new label manager of Jimmy Edgar and Machinedrum's Ultramajic imprint, English knows a thing or two about forward-thinking electronica. His productions suggest a penchant for grime and techno; driven by twisted synths, they are as harsh and unforgiving as they are ultimately danceable.

Newest single from Sha Sha Kimbo 'End Of The Universe' weaves footwork, trap and grime influence into a powerful production. "I wrote this when Donald Trump became president. It felt like the end of the universe," explains Sha Sha. The bassweight anchoring the track feels like its sucking the stirring outer textures into a black hole, creating a dystopic atmosphere of universal implosion.

Monotronique is an Ukrainian producer and DJ from Kharkiv (UA). His production is characterized by a distorted minimalistic vibe with a bass music inuence. From heavy basses and 2step-like drums to ambiance landscapes and electro beats. In his performances he is able to amalgamate pure and raw passion with a textbook technique; this combination is also what is behind his prolic production. Previously released on Opal Tapes and Shared Meanings among other labels, Monotronique debuts on Hyperboloid Records with 'MAAAAAAAD' 
 
In this album Monotronique was interested in a new kind of sound and focusing on creation of specific atmosphere inside.the sound. MAAAAAAAD is based on different sides of bass music with detours through dance-hall and house. When put together all genres mutate and interconnect into funny and mad atmosphere, hence the title of the album. Monotronique wanted to achieve this with synths and a certain way of mixing  tracks, adding to the final mix a kind of a "wet" sound. A special effect as if you were listening to the music in a room full of toys, balls and balloons, a sonic journey to the amusement park.
