ARTBAT is a new collaboration of DJ Artur and Batish. The two came together in the winter of 2015 to share their creative vision which builds upon the unique professional experiences and expertise that each of the two brings to the table.  The melody and depth of the Progressive, the atmosphere of Techno, the hypnotics of Minimal-techno and the rhythmics of Tech-house - this extraordinary project has it all!

Their new EP 'Chivvy / Momentum’ on Definition:Music is a two track affair and we premiere Momentum which is a fantastic late night journey. This is a dark underground track, with the vocal monologue adding to the natural feel of the track.

Curating their second release on the newly established independent imprint TAU, the Adana Twins are keen to support the best up-and-coming talent from a saturated DJ/Producer market. The second release showcases yet another rising star; Paris-based, Romanian born - BOg.

BOg first broke onto the electronic music landscape after being signed to John Digweed’s ‘Bedrock Records’. 12-years down the line he’s released on Dixon’s Innervisions & Solomun’s Diynamic, BOg is a constant in the record bags of DJs across the globe. Drawing strong influences from bands and artists such as Depeche Mode, The Prodigy, Aphex Twin or The Chemical Brothers, BOg’s ‘Terra EP’ has an evident other-worldly feel.

Innellea returns to TAU002 this time on remix duties, remixing ‘Terra’ and further cementing his position as a core artist on TAU. The B-side remix of ‘Jahar’ comes from Mathias Schober, chosen for the Adana Twins love his sound design and aesthetic, the producer delivers a remix rounding off the solid ‘Terra’ EP.

'The Dutch upcoming artist Colyn (@colynmusic) is the one who puts a stamp on the third EP of Infinite Depth. With two spacey and great mixed originals he laid more than a good foundation for the remixers. The title track ‘Passengers’ got remixed by the French brothers Esoteric Circle (@esotericircle) and the second original ‘Orbital Hypnosis’ got infused by the one and only Erly Tepshi (@erlyofficial).  

With the first track ‘Passengers’ the EP immediately starts off pretty determined. Soon the firm kick gets accompanied by a some pounding drums and well placed spacey synths, sounding like passengers finding their way through our universe chased by those thrilling drum sounds. 

Esoteric Circle managed to take the thrilling part of the original to a higher level with their remix. The spacey synths are making place for an appealing melody which increases the tension. This tension holds on till the very end of the track.

After being in a continuous state of space and tenseness the third track ‘Orbital Hypnosis’ adds some euphory. With its compelling break and hypnotical plucks it keeps you in a higher state of mind.  

Erly Tepshi’s remix takes you even a little bit higher by using this compelling melody as main flow through his remix. Only this flow makes some unexpected changes at the points Erly injected his typical, sometimes even distorted, plucked synths. With a heavy a breakdown almost at the end of the track this remix brings the EP to an end.'

Who Needs Forever opens the box focused on the dance-floor with a hypnotic touch which flows into an emotional breakdown dropping the madness. On the remix, Citizen Kain presents a killer re-interpretation of the original but keeping the essence and the main items. Aknasheet offers a beautiful and complex composition that proves the high talent for forward-thinking cinematic melodies that Chicola has. Last but not least, A Drop In Time becomes the final dream of the story, finding once again the perfect equilibrium between emotions and groove. Hard to choose a favorite: we let you do the honors. Although a familiar face for regular Diynamic event attendees of the last years, it is only now that Innellea is having his actual Diynamic record label debut. Hosting the ninth edition of Diynamics Picture series, the Munich-based live-act, DJ and producer is bringing the influence of his melancholic club soundscapes that might best be described as a mix of cinematic and post-apocalyptic, combined with a very distinct novelty: using his own vocals. The result of this is an intimate listening experience, that hovers somewhere between wanting isolation and the desire to connect. Diynamic Musics Picture series is a document in time, showcasing an artists current creative output in order to allow the listener to visualize and understand the artist at a certain moment. It is not an album format, but far more than merely an EP. Picture is various dancefloor-oriented facettes of one producer, shaping the imagery that ultimately results in the listeners mind.
