Current Value has been a busy bunny of late what with solo EPs out on Black Sun Empire’s Blackout Music and Prolix’s Trendkill imprint as well as releases for his collaborative Machine Code project on Eatbrain and their home label Subsistenz.

With the man, riding a wave of critical acclaim at the moment, we were lucky enough to bag an exclusive premiere of the techstep leaning Mastication, a beastly tune that harks back to the gold old day of mid to late 90s D&B whilst adding a modern edge, for a slice of dub techno-meets-future gazing neuro. The cut will be familiar to fans of Ed Rush & Optical's recent Fabriclive mix, being one of the standout tracks of the release. Taken from his forthcoming album, Rocket Science we're expecting big things from Mr. Value and on this evidence he's not set to disappoint us.
