It's Friday and despite the fact we are locked in behind closed doors, pining for a party, we feel it is our duty to ensure the party flavours continute. That is why we are going out of our way to find exciting new 4x4 music from which we can bring the party atmosphere into our homes for the time being. We also feel that during this time we shall be finding an influx of producers finally nailing that mixdown they have been working or for ages, or finally finding a bit of time to finish that collab they have been sitting on. 

In times like these, we turn to some of the most reliable producers and record labels about, to bring us fresh, vibrant creations, which today sees us take a peek at House Of Hustle, a label we have featured numerous times on this platform, which kind of proves our point from the off. We are going to take a very specific at their latest compilation project, which takes the title 'Miami Hustle 2020'. 

The line up is absolutely jam-packed with stars, as we see them an unveil a tracklist which features Dylaw, Nick Steffan, Burn1, Takshak, KnightBlock, OldBass and many many more across ten worldy originals. From start to finish, the project delivers innovative and punch-driven house music, with a number of party starting anthems being laced throughout. 

We have been given the absolute pleasure of getting involved with the release campaign for this one, bringing up an official premiere of track nine, as Not The Father links up with Jesse Angelis for 'Whatcha Gon Do'. The track itself is a fantastic amalgamation of moogy acidic themes with techy rhythms and smooth house flavours, which to us seems like the perfect party starter recipe. The Sauza EP is mezcal-induced madness that truly allows Skonka to stretch his legs and show his range as a much more refined and tastefully tech-forward artist than we saw on his previous collab release with Eric Mark. From Malt Liquor to Sauza, it's obvious that we all need to fire up this EP and have a drink with the man himself.

On remix duties, we asked the legendary Space Taco bossman Dylan Coss to remix "That Body" and it's an absolute club-smasher. To round out the EP, we asked Portland-based newcomer Curriculum to add his own flare on "Sauza"!

Next up on Strangelove, we welcome back Miami-based E.R.N.E.S.T.O, who teams up with fellow DJ and producer Arango on their brand new single, ‘Cyberspace’. Vanilla ACE returns to Great Stuff Recordings together with partner in crime AYAREZ. Together they present us with two prime time house cuts. NUREMBERG, GERMANY.   Production duo Elternhouse have teamed up with 20 year old Tim Fügl, aka Theus, for their new single P.B.Y.R. on Elternhouse’s own We Are Freaks imprint.

Focusing on their instinctive Tech House dirty grooves, something which has dominated both acts’ individual productions to date, this track follows up previous releases on Dirtybird, My Techno Weighs A Ton and Dtuned.

Elternhouse takes up the story:

“We met with Theus on a hot summer day in the studio and we just recorded crazy & weird sounds with the synth. Combined with an 808 drum beat the basic structure was created. 
But we still needed vocals?! simple, trippy and catchy. Caught in this flow this line came to my mind: Pink, Black, Yellow gonna make you sweat"

Theus: “Yeah, those were crazy hours. And this is the result of searing heat and passion.”
