Now as regular readers of the site will know we’ve long been fans of the trio of Jared Simms, James Teej and Voytek Korab, who make up My Favorite Robot and launched the label of the same name back in 2008. Since then My Favorite Robot Records has gone on to forge a reputation as one of the leading labels on the contemporary electronic scene since its launch in 2008 with the heart of the label’s output being music from the MFR production group themselves, but at the same time helping break countless new artists including Fairmont, Sid Le Rock, Tim Paris, and Jori Hulkkonen to name but a few. 
Thus when the label came calling to ask if we’d like to help celebrate the imprint reaching the milestone of their 100th release we jumped at the chance to get involved. One part of a four track EP of  which each track will be given away via a different media outlet you can grab DT’s installment – the excellent Window To Vertigo by My Favorite Robot below. Awesome stuff!

After launching back in 2012 with a bunch of strong opening releases, including the incredible One Scratch Bass (one of the best singles of 2012 in our humble opinion), Ram Records younger sibling label ProgRam quickly won us over as fans with the imprint consistently keeping the quality of their output high, pushing a techy sound whilst maintaining enough diversity to keep things interesting.

The label has come along way since its opening release from Frankee two years ago and established itself as a quality imprint in its own right. Thus you can imagine our excitement when the ProgRam crew revealed plans to commandeer Brixton’s Plan B for a night of D&B fuelled madness on May 30th.

With the time being ripe for the roster to strike out on their own, Frankee and Stealth (both recently signed to RAM & spearheading the new imprint) join RAM regulars Rene La Vice, Basher and Memro to showcase their past, present and futures with their own exclusive sessions from here on out making the progRAM launch at Plan B a very special event not to be missed.

To get you in the mood for the weekend’s event we’ve secured the services of fast rising prodigy Memro in the form of an exclusive mix for your listening pleasure. Tickets for the weekends event are available here
