Latmun, the moniker of Joe Bradley is making his mark through his own interpretation of the House and Tech House soundscape. We have enjoyed  his DJ sets  recently and his own productions have a coherent energy, an infectious groove being the key component causing the crowd to remain captivated, something he has picked up from many sunrises caught in the clubs of Ibiza, and time spent during the early hours in London. Latmun is an all round lover of music and should be on your radar, as one to watch for 2016.

Next up with their debut release on Hot Creations’ sister label Emerald City are former college roommates Josh Taylor and Justin Jay. An energetic track full of bounce and edgy samples, Pussy Pop is an ideal addition to the label’s young venture. Bringing his signature dance floor rhythm, Jamie Jones has delivered high quality on the remix with a fun acompaniament to the original.
 
Josh Taylor began his musical career in his hometown of St Louis, Missouri. Starting out as an acoustic pop artist strumming at his ukulele and songwriting, his laid back attitude (and discovery of nightclubs) led him down a path of exploration through music genres. His unique approach to writing hooks and basslines is apparent across the board, from his band The Cozy Boys to his previous collaboration with Justin Jay on the exceptional Fantastic Voyage album.
 
In response to how the two of them came to collaborate, Justin answered “When we were roommates in college, Josh opened me up to the world of singing and songwriting through his jams on the ukulele while I started dragging him to clubs and warehouse parties. He inspired me to take a stab at my own singing/songwriting and I pushed him to try DJing/production.” 
 
The head of his own label Fantastic Voyage and one of the youngest producers to release on Dirtybird, Justin has already seen success that extends beyond his years. With an array of fruitful releases under his belt, the LA based producer/DJ has received support from the likes of Claude VonStroke and Disclosure, boasting “Future Star” recognition by the influential Pete Tong. Justin manifests his soul, funk and jazz routes in a forward-thinking manner that yields his unmistakable house tracks.

Solid Grooves Records co-founder Michael Bibi drops a pair of infectious tracks that feature his own vocals this September.

Michael Bibi's perpetual rise over the last two years can be credited to his idiosyncratic style, as heard in his appearances on labels like VIVa MUSiC, Lost Records and Criminal Hype. Having just made his debut at fabric where Solid Grooves took over Room Two, both Bibi and his label continue to raise the bar; cementing their reputation as a driving force behind some of today's most exciting house music.

A twisted intro makes way for raw sounding percussion and rumbling bass in 'Smoke Signals' before Bibi's infectious vocals come into play. A catchy production from the off, 'Playzone' once again features Bibi's voice whilst a moody low-end, crunchy snares and various samples and effects operate throughout.

Solid Groove co-founder Michael Bibi has teamed up with UK dance music pioneer Skream for his debut on Bibi's highly respected imprint.

Bibi and Skream transform this infamous Hollywood chant into 'Otto's Chant' - a springy and driving dancefloor slammer that just won't quit. It's a highly anticipated collaboration that is bound to get rinsed all over the globe this summer.

Otto's Chant drops on May 24 via Solid Groove Records.
