Estas piezas quedaron fuera de mis lanzamientos oficiales, pero forman parte de la historia que me llevó hasta donde estoy ahora. Con este compilado cierro un ciclo y dejo atrás esta etapa sonora para centrarme en un nuevo camino, con un enfoque más definido y una visión renovada sobre mi música.

British producer Max Chapman delivers three contagious cuts entitled ‘Gibby’ for his debut release on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax imprint.

When he’s not touring the world, performing across Europe, Australia, North and South America, Resonance Records founder and Beatport chart topper Max Chapman is no stranger to house music’s finest labels having released on Hot Creations, Sola, Kaluki and Relief. He now joins a slew of respected artists on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax imprint, following recent appearances by Tom Flynn, David Keno and Federico Grazzini.

Featuring the sensual vocals of Fargetta, ‘Gibby’ is built on an undulating low-end groove complete withskipping percussion, before ‘Modular’ conceives phrases of enveloping acid tones amalgamating inpowerful sub-heavy lines. ‘Alpha’ concludes the package by generating tension using long melodic buildsplunging into a robust bass stab.

Following up his 2017 debut ‘Halo’ EP on Saved, we’re welcoming Italian DJ and producer, Simone Liberali back to the label this month with his brand new ‘Landslide’ EP. His music – distinguished for its powerful, percussive and playful sound, has found homes on labels including Incorrect, NONSTOP, elrow, Material and AVOTRE as well as seeing him tour the world and play in renowned clubs across the globe including Egg London, elrow Barcelona and Pacha & Sankeys in Ibiza. Lead track ‘Landslide’ kicks things off with percussive drums and mesmerizing atmospherics whilst Jinadu’s soulful, soothing vocals offer a memorable hook which is at once uplifting and enchanting yet tinged with a beautiful melancholy. ‘Discordia’ closes out the EP, a playful loop-driven groove with a bouncing bassline, shuffling snares, warped synths and vocal chants that ebb and flow throughout the composition.

This October, Four Thirty Two boss Richy Ahmed takes the reins of the elrow Vol 4 mix album alongside Basement Jaxx. His fantastic selection includes one of his own brand new tracks, ‘Acid Electronic,’ which also gets its own standalone
release on the mighty Cr2.
Ahmed has had another non-stop summer with headline sets in Ibiza, at festivals like Sonus and Creamfields and clubs all across Europe. Key amongst this is his close relationship with elrow, for whom he has been a regular fixture at the top
of their lineups and has played all night long at their Amnesia parties.
His latest solo EP landed on Dennis Ferrer’s cult Objektivity and has already made its mark during summer, while his Four Thirty Two brand continues to host exclusive parties all over the world. As such Ahmed is very much setting the
underground house agenda and that continues on this latest track.
The powerful ‘Acid Electronic’ is built on slippery rubbery drums that build the tension as a rugged chord sequence rolls over and over to draw you in. When the prickly acid line comes in, energy levels ramp up and crowds are sure to throw their hands in the air. The result is a timeless track that bridges the divide
between house and techno in real style.
 This is another standout tune from Ahmed, which will be followed by a remix version in the weeks ahead and is a fine indicator of the sort of driving house
 sounds that will be heard on his elrow Vol. 4 mix.
