Austria’s Uncertain arrives on Rekids' REK’D label for the first time with the ‘Nasty House’ EP 19th September 2025. He follows up his 2024 ‘Praise’ album on the Techno-focused RSPX sibling label, alongside several EPs since his debut in 2022.

For ‘Nasty House’, he turns the clock back to his 90s House roots, before his signature, drummy Techno sounds as Boriqua Tribez in the 2000s and later Uncertain project. ‘Nasty’ is up first, a tough beat underpinning deep, swishing synths which thread along the bassline while classic House elements subtly rear their head throughout. ‘Push’ continues, slightly more jacking, but equally classy, fusing lush chords with expert, old-school sampling.

Active since 1989 as Boriqua Tribez and known as Uncertain since 2018, he has made a name for himself with diverse productions that have made him one of Beatport’s top-selling Techno artists, while his fast-paced three-deck mixing and dancefloor storytelling fuel his tours abroad. Across the last three decades, he’s worked on countless releases on labels like Truncate, Beard Man, Illegal Alien, and Mind Medizin.

Matt Edwards launched REK’D in October 2024 to release no-nonsense House music without the limitations of parent label Rekids. It has released dancefloor-ready EPs from artists such as St. David, DCLVIII OFC, James Juke, James Curd, Ketiov, and more.

Across a string of well received records on Seth Troxlers Play It Say It, 20/20 Vision and Moan Recordings, The Mekanism has honed a refreshingly uninhibited sound - one that pops with joyful expression and works to serve the sort of free-flowing parties he regularly plays across the US and Mexico. Here, he delivers his trademark sound with Do The Disco - a rapturous cut that features percussion from Grammy Award-winning percussionist Jorge Bezerra and an alt sax replaying of Do It At The Disco by Garys Gang by Tom Barford with a gracious nod from Nervous and Uni Disc. The taught skins of Bezerras drums rattle out of the blocks and get things off to an electrifying start. Pattered into dexterous of polyrhythms, they carry that certain energy that drives a marrow-deep motivation to move while a straight 4/4 kick maintains a solid boom throughout. Solid Grooves serve up a five-track sampler featuring label founders PAWSA and Michael Bibi alongside label favourites ONNO, Reelow and Dennis Cruz.

Launching in September last year, Solid Grooves Records has been on an upwards trajectory ever since. The London and Ibiza brand are now about to kick-start their weekly Ibiza event series every Thursday at Vista Club where their core artists will share the decks with special guests throughout the summer. In light of this the founders have curated five tracks from some of their core roster that’s illustrative of the Solid Grooves musical aesthetic.

First up, Dennis Cruz ‘Fever’ is a rumbling track boasting echoing percussion and a heady spoken word sample. Michael Bibi then drops a moody number teeming with syncopated rhythms and chopped vocals before ONNO unleashes a cavernous cut named ‘Body Shake’ that’s geared for the peaktime. Next, PAWSA ‘Luster’ is a bass fuelled roller that takes no prisoners until Reelow concludes the package with the intricate ‘Shaolin Slap’.

￼Roush returns with another slammer of a release with “IN2”. The label tributes the ever popular “Tech House” genre with 4 unique tracks from the artist “Truth Be Told” that also includes a remix from Raffa FL.
Truth Be Told hit the scene when their debut EP received notable support from Richie Hawtin and was spun at some of the worlds top clubs and festivals. After this recognition and countless releases they join the Roush roster. The release kicks off with the title track “IN2” which is nothing short of banger beats. The kick pounds through the speakers and doesn’t really ever stop. The breakdown also contains a nice subtle kick that keeps anyone dancing while listening to a jazzy synth that kicks right back into the dancing vibes.
To continue the vibe of the EP, Truth Be Told provide you two other slammers in “Keep Up” and “We Can’t”. You only get a second to breathe from the solid beats proving once again why Truth Be Told produces tracks that will guarantee to keep you moving all night long.
The EP closes with a remix from RAFFA FL based in Milan, Italy. After spending his youth learning to understand and perform music, a natural progression to DJ’ing came at the tender age of just 14. He scales back the original to more “Deep House” vibe that complements the original well. A couple of short sirens and synths make this one a great starter or middle track to your set. In the past few Years, Raffa has released on Labels like Avotre, Lost Records, Definition:Music, OFF Recordings, Material which has helped him to get his name all around the Worldwide House Music Scene and a huge reason why ROUSH now has the artist on board for this EP.
