Joshwa makes a much-anticipated return to Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations this July with his irresistible two-tracker ‘Lost In Music’. Following the runaway success of 2023’s ‘Bass Go Boom’, which quickly became one of the year’s most played tracks, championed heavily by the likes of John Summit, Gorgon City, Fisher, MK, and BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard, the two-tracker delivers two contrasting moods, serving up fresh heat from sunset to sunrise.

Leading the release, title track ‘Lost In Music’ reimagines a timeless disco classic through a contemporary house lens, delivering textured percussion, sparkling funk-laced synths, and an infectious groove that captures the euphoria of summer dancefloors. On the flip side, ‘High’ shifts to a moodier, club-focused sound, featuring deep bass rumbles and Joshwa’s trademark powerful, tension-filled breakdowns, propelled by a driving bassline built to move crowds.

Since breaking through in 2022 with major collaborations alongside Lee Foss, CID, and Martin Ikin, the UK DJ and producer has remained a dominant force on the global tech house circuit. Currently in the midst of a busy summer schedule, with performances lined up at the likes of Paradise and elrow, and backed by ongoing Beatport chart success, he adds to his recent Black Book Records heater ‘GDH’ with an impressive high-energy return to Hot Creations for his second outing.

Manchester duo MINDLESS. are wasting no time. Just months after launching the project, they’ve landed on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax with their second release, the ‘Turn It Up’ EP. That’s right, the pair are levelling up fast, and we’ve got the premiere of MINDLESS.’s ‘Taste It’ right here.

Formed by Harry Carvell and Kieran Dearden, the UK duo have gone from after-work jam sessions to catching the ear of one of the most influential names in house. Now they’re stepping into the Hottrax catalogue, a space reserved for records that push the floor into overdrive.

The title track ‘Turn It Up’ is all about crisp drums, a snaking bassline, and a hypnotic groove that just keeps rolling. But it’s MINDLESS.’s ‘Taste It’ that flips the switch, locking you into darker textures and low-end pressure built for sweaty basement moments and 4am rooftops. This is house music with no let-up, no compromise, and plenty of bite.

Heavy House Society drops a high end collaboration between two heavyweights, Sidney Charles and Archie Hamilton for a standout two-tracker. On the Reset EP, they both deliver a pair of refined, groove-driven cuts that showcase the depth of their shared house and minimal house sensibilities.

'Reset' is built on a tight, swinging groove that fuses chunky basslines with crisp, shuffling percussion. Subtle chord stabs and atmospheric flourishes, inject depth and tension, while the stripped framework leaves space for momentum to build. Slick and modern, it's a hypnotic rollercoaster crafted with underground dancefloors in mind.

On the flip, 'The Future Is Now' keeps things locked to the floor with a punchy low-end foundation and rolling percussion. Carefully sculpted hi-hats and subtle vocal chops add texture, while atmospheric layers push it toward a futuristic edge. Both functional and elegant, it's the kind of tool that can elevate a set whether in the warm-up hours or peak-time pressure.

Heavy House Society's label curator Sidney Charles has long stamped his authority on house music with releases on Truesoul, Hot Creations, and Saved, shaping what fans know as The Sidney Sound. His upfront, groove-led productions such as House Lessons and Warehouse Romance underline his reputation for rough, dirty sounds that defined the old school pioneers, but all with a modern, full and punchy approach, as Sidney favours.

Joining him, Archie Hamilton brings his signature minimal-tinged sound that has graced stages from Circoloco, Music On, Solid Grooves, and Paradise in Ibiza, to festivals including Sunwaves, Caprices, Kappa Futur, Creamfields, and Awakenings. Archie's productions are as diverse as they are consistent, from his trademark stripped-back dance-floor-focused workouts on his very own MicroHertz, a label that has quickly established itself as a hub for cutting-edge underground music, to prestigious labels such as Life & Death to Three Six Zero Recordings.

Together on Heavy House Society, Sidney Charles and Archie Hamilton's Reset EP embodies the underground at its most direct; groove, energy, and precision, designed to keep the floor locked.
