Having made waves in the 90s under as Francesco - supporting the likes of Luke Slater, Jeff Mills, Richie Hawtin, Sven Väth, Laurent Garnier, Surgeon and Dave Clarke - a reinvigorated Francesco Terranova has announced his triumphant return to electronic music by serving up today's  Mix Of The Day.

Currently cooking up a storm in the studio for a plethora of different labels -  Bulletdodge, Renesanz, Stick Records and De-Konstrukt will all be housing his work in the coming months - Francesco is also enjoying a bit of a purple patch in the booth DJing at a number of Europe's leading clubs and festivals.

It's his work for EPM Music that has got us tipping him for big things this summer with his two track MAGNETICA / RECOVERY in our heads and on our playlists.  Following on from efforts from Techno luminaries Robert Hood, D-Knox and Dan Curtin the release had plenty to live up to when we heard it but quickly won us over with its deep percussive grooves, both of which show Terranova’s lust for detail which add to his emotive production style. Expect to hear plenty of both cuts when they arrive July 27th.

Pads and stabs intertwine in a playful dance, adding layers of growing and celebratory energy. Vocal cuts delicately wrap up the composition, evoking the classic house aesthetic through subtle details that make all the difference. Avec Moi brings the sparkling energy of disco house in its most danceable form, led by grooves built on the interplay of bassline, synths, and string layers, reinforcing the nuances of disco’s golden era. The vocals act as a counterpoint: they soften the arrangement without losing its heat, adding a festive flair that mirrors the intensity of a dance floor.
