Rising star Joseph Edmund is back onboard Hot Creations with the insanely infectious two-track Baewatch, which follows his debut release Dreams To Reality, which dropped on the label in 2019. At the tender age of twenty-five, 2021 is set to be the breakthrough year for this promising producer. 

Spearheading the new wave of up and coming artists, Joseph has already proved his worth with a titan of support from some of the industry’s biggest and most respected DJs, such as Jamie Jones, The Martinez Brothers and Marco Carola. Delivering arguably one of his strongest releases to date, the funky cut Baewatch is irresistibly grabbing, with catchy vocal stabs and an overall nod to the earlier days of dance music. Aphrodites is a moodier yet bouncy affair that stimulates the senses intensely, with a highly infectious bassline and trippy FX. 

“At the time of making Baewatch I was listening to a lot of older dance music and that sound has always really resonated with me, the old machines and big drum sounds really slap when you play them out. I wanted to take some of that influence but give it my own groove and style on top.. and Baewatch was born! Aphrodites is a more stripped back, which fell together from messing with different sounds from my moog.” - Joseph Edmund 

Since originally making waves in 2019 with his first release on the iconic Hot Creations, Joseph went on to secure his first No.1 on Beatport with the massive release Lose your Body on Whippin' in early 2020. Joseph's unique sound makes him unquestionably one to watch in the coming years, with an arsenal of unreleased tracks being sent out to key labels for the remainder of 2021 alongside confirmed shows at We ARE FSTVL (Paradise Stage), BPM Festival, Kaluki Summer Sound System, The Warehouse Project and many more.

Welcome summer! So welcome to a new Wow!, N.62.

Here we are to present a “Remix release” from German Brigante! No Original Mix, only remixes! Inside we can find two remixes! 
 
First version is made from one of the best artists of the moment, top DJ of the British house music. 

Please welcome Richy Ahmed. 

He’s one of the heads behind the big label Hot Creations,  steadily searching new vibes and fresh grooves, taking inspiration from disco, techno, funk, electro and hip-hop.

Groove and nature are the words of this release, and Richy perfectly connected these things, making an amazing result with his version! After a few seconds of listening perfectly understand that this track will be a killer tune! The voice begins early, and it grows up with a pounding filtered drum together with a classical techno chord that catch you completely off guard. The dark relentless bass line accompanies all the track into a “wild” moment of the night! It's totally sure that this track is created to do damage to dance floors worldwide. Annie Mac already played it as Exclusive Track on her BBC Radio 1 show! 
 
The second mix was prepared by the homie Luca Donzelli! Summer is already with us, and he decided to re-work the original track in a more happy and house way! We can feel perfectly his touch, passing trough heavy bass line, lot of synths taken and re-worked from the original track, with pure energy! First part of the track goes up till the first breakdown, with a very long old house square sound, that makes a good “re-start” with only kick, bass line, and really high detailed woody background! The looped voice, together with a pad, makes a a warm mid part of the track until the last breakdown, where a short synth organized in a phased melody makes a huge energy, before the track ends.
 
We are really proud to present this special release that has so big material for this summer! Both tracks surely, will entry directly in your sets, from techno to house and tech-house!

One year on since the first installment, the mighty Hot Creations turn up the heat as they get set to unleash ‘Hot Summer Jams 2’, featuring eight exclusive tracks from familiar faces and blossoming new talents.

The first half of the v/a welcomes back some favourite artists with the first track coming from label head and main man himself Jamie Jones, hot off the heels of some far reaching releases as Hot Natured and solo anthems. He delivers the storming future anthem, ‘Danger Mouse’. Next up Suara boss Coyu delivers ‘The Cat’ featuring the stunning vocals of Cari Golden. On an old school tip, New Yorker MANIK hits us with ‘Freak Your House feat. MC Kew G’ followed by a dance ready track from Alexis Raphael, who had his first track signed to Hot Waves back in 2011.

Dynamic duo Leftwing & Kody make their first appearance on the label as they team up with Cera Alba to deliver the heavy duty ‘I Got One Way’. Newcomers David Glass & CDC, Sean Branton and Neil Parkes also make their debuts on the label with serious impact. Bubbling with groove and energy, each of the tracks hold superior dance floor magic, road tested worldwide by the Hot Creations crew this summer, they are essential ammunition.

Co-founded by Jamie Jones and Lee Foss, Hot Creations has been going from strength to strength since it’s creation in 2010, releasing a comprehensive catalogue of music from well known artists and breaking new talents who have gone on to be some of the biggest names in the industry today.

Currently residing in Burnley, Lancashire, Vibe Killers have a ton of new material waiting to be unleashed, and Love You feels to be the start of very big things for these rising stars.
