Acclaimed producers A-Trak and Dave 1 return as The Brothers Macklovitch, remixing Flight Facilities & DRAMA’s Glitterbox single ‘Dancing On My Own’. Formed from a love of crate digging and underground gems, the GRAMMY-nominated A-Trak and Chromeo’s Dave 1 have delivered their funk-laden sound inspired by their formative years across the globe at the very best clubs. The Montreal duo now step up on Glitterbox Recordings to remix an international collaboration between award-winning Australian duo Flight Facilities and Chicago duo DRAMA from 2024. The original ‘Dancing On My Own’ was heard around the world on Radio FG in France, Triple J in Australia and BBC Radio 2 in the UK. We've never really understood the appeal of Madame Tussauds here at Data Transmission as if we wanted to spend time with lifeless versions of the rich and famous we'd prob just head out clubbing in London's West End... [Ed. Ba dum tsh!] Recent winner of Fatboy Slim & London Warehouse Events DJ competition Wax Worx storms in with another tech house belter with an acid vibe.  Deciders is a track that just keeps on giving, with a nod to the famous quote from Rage Against The Machine's, Zack Dela Rocha.

Having made serious waves in the scene in 2015, scoring releases on Suara, Love Inc and Sonny Wharton’s Whartone Records and receiving strong support from the likes of Eats Everything, Skream and Coyu the future certainly looks bright for the man from Brighton.

Wax Worx - Deciders

Leeds-based producer Aaron Snapes first popped into the underground after his first release in 2012 appeared on Claude VonStroke’s Essential Mix and garnered further support from Annie Mac. Since then, he’s split his allegiances between Dirtybird, Hannover’s This Ain’t Bristol, and Los Angeles label Perfect Driver, all while pushing a sound that has this weird effect of having you shaking your ass and crack up laughing at the same time.
