DLR has launched his solo career with an astonishing rate of productivity and his release schedule has been packed full of exceptional quality music. We are proud to bring you his next single, arguably the most anticipated to date. 

“We’ll See” is a collab with Bristol-based companion, Break.  The pair have joined forces again after the success of their last collaboration, “Murmur”. The result is simply stunning and the duo deliver a neck-snapping monster of epic proportions. Despite the mysterious track name, it’s a devilishly lethal concoction; combining the immense talents of two of the scene’s most respected producers. 

Carrying equally destructive prowess, DLR continues on a solo tip into the B-side with “Tugboat”. The use of space in this hard stepper provides the perfect antidote to its predecessor’s intensity. The track is introduced with haunting atmospherics and ultra-tight drums. An enchanted bass is released gradually throughout the track, mischievously swinging amongst the elements; injecting a real technical funk into the track in a distinctive DLR style! 

Finally we leave you with the experimental musicality and funk of “Delusion”, a late but freshly made addition to this release as an exclusive digital track.
Having received exclusive Radio 1 airtime debuts from DJ Friction, it’s another buy-on-sight release featuring two of the most consistently on-point producers this scene has to offer.

Skyweep may not have many releases to his name, but the What Dreams May Come EP shows him to be adept at a wide range of atmospheric D&B styles. “Homunculus Lullaby” combines Burial-inspired vocals atmospherics and moody bass with some intricate half-stepping rhythms, while “Coming Down” sees minimal percussive rolls take the lead on a vocal turn with echoes of Bjork. “Broke My Eyes” meanwhile combines monolithic half-step and deep bass with another big vocal. “What Dreams May Come” is the best track by far however, combining intricate rhythmic flourishes with a moody sonic backdrop that brings some of the best Metalheadz moments to mind.

Intrinzic has been playing various forms of dance music since 1996, at the same time developing a deep love of drum & bass. His productions are influenced by many styles from all over the musical spectrum. Drawing from his many influences building dark & moody urban drum & bass soundscapes. With several releases out with other labels since 2012 in 2018 Intrinzic launched his own imprint. Tactical Audio is a forward thinking label with a focus on artists that have their own unique sound.
