Love & Hate is about a story that anyone can relate to, following a guideline of the extremes, the EP goes through 4 phases depicted within each of the tracks.

Deep diving into Skylark's sound heading into a more cinematic range of sounds with love and hate, to the techy techno influenced heaviness of don't worry, this EP displays a wide range of sound from Skylark's répertoire and continues to show why he’s firmly cementing himself at the forefront of the scene.
