This is DataRift

Incineration is one of our early batch of songwriting ideas back from around 2014-ish. It's one of a kind song structure compared to the other tracks we had. It was originally played in full synth and distorted synth and our ears are used to it and thinking that a remake with a proper music instruments would take away it's charms. At first experiment, indeed it sounds less energetic. But after several tone adjustments and proper mixing, it sounds way bigger and more mature than the first prototype. This is "Incineration", feel our music passion burns and made you feel the heat!

This song is me finally breaking free from betrayal and abuse. It’s about the journey from being deceived, manipulated, and torn down—to finding the strength inside myself to fight back and reclaim my power. I poured all the rage, grief, and raw truth I carried into these lyrics. At its core, it’s not just about hate—it’s about transformation. About no longer being the victim, about becoming the warrior, the reaper, the one who refuses to be broken again. It’s dark, it’s fiery, and it’s unapologetically my vengeance anthem.

This track is about how Neptune rules the waters of the subconscious mind, or the mammalian brain, which can be difficult to understand as it doesn't use words to communicate, only pictures and music. However, this 'whale' directs the course of our lives nonetheless, often ignoring the political correctness of our  blinded conscious minds about what we think is best.
