I was inspired by the nostalgia of the 1980s, particularly memories of classic TV shows like St. Elsewhere and Moonlighting, and iconic movies such as St. Elmo's Fire, The Breakfast Club, and Weird Science. This tune is also a nod to the unique sound of Canadian bands like The Parachute Club and M+M and american artists like Lisa Lisa and the cult jam as well as the UKs Art of noise.
