We welcome Leah Marie for the fifty-sixth edition of the 'Deep In Mix' series. Leah Marie is an upcoming DJ/producer from Melbourne, Australia, currently based in Berlin. Since jumping behind the decks in 2019, Leah has become a key player in Australia’s Progressive House scene. Leah’s progressive and melodic sounds often encompass deep, organic, driving, hypnotic, emotive and often tribal/ethereal elements. Leah plays regularly around Melbourne’s most iconic venues and progressive/ melodic music for events labels such as Mama Said, Capture Experience, The Morning After Agency and Intimet.

Leah has had the pleasure of supporting world-class artists such as Emanual Satie (Cocoon/Crosstown Rebels), NOIYSE Project (SUDBEAT, Till The Sunrise/The Soundgarden), Simon Doty (Anjunadeep/Rhetorical/Knee Deep In Sound), Matan Caspi (Outta Limits), Yotto (Odd One Out), Cassian (Afterlife), Andhim (Superfriends), DJ Ruby (onedotsixtwo/Transensations Records), Enamour (Anjunadeep), Michael Mayer (Kompakt) and prog-god, Guy J (Lost & Found). 

Leah is due to play at DSCNNCT Festival in the UK in July this year alongside Denney (Global Underground/Totemic), Sentre (Last Night On Earth/Bird Up), Mia Aurora (Anjunadeep), Dowden (Beatfreak/Mango Alley) and Aubrey Fry (Bedrock). In 2022 she played at The Morning After Agency’s Interstellar Groove Festival. She will be joining the Interstellar team as well as Where The Wild Things Are Festival teams again next year amongst other Australian and international events.

Leah recently released her first remix with James Beetham on the Australian Progressive House label -  Late Night Music and has more releases incoming throughout the year. She has also released podcasts with notable series including Wildwood Podcast Series, Prog Fun Goodness, Progressiva and LIA Series amongst others.

Il Modo is back Stateside this week, at the residence of an artist fully in the moment. Earning rave reviews for his music from Promoters, DJ's and clubbers alike, Il Modo is stoked to bring you an exclusive set.... from Kaspar Tasane!!

Born and raised in Tallinn, Estonia, Kaspar Tasane has been named "the one to watch" by Soundgarden Resident Gustin, in DMC World Magazine. "His music just totally blows me away. It's elegant yet driving, and has a timeless energy that often reminds me of the mid 1990's progressive sound." 

Kaspar uses his experiences while growing up in Tallin and the European electronic music scene, to bring a unique flavour all of his own to the Progressive House sound. Kaspar's individual style has garnered support from the likes of trance legend Armin Van Buuren, who showcased his track "Fusha" at A State of Trance Festival 700. 

Kaspar has also captivated the attention of pillars like Paul Oakenfold, Solarstone, and Cosmic Gate. As his sound has since evolved into a more underground and progressive vibe , DJs like Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J, Darin Epsilon, Anthony Pappa, Sandra Collins, Chris Fortier and many more have all publicly shown and professionally lent their support. 

As a DJ, Kaspar comes from an era before the sync button and USB sticks. After spinning at various club nights in Tallinn, Kaspar and DJ partner DTB quickly gained a residency at the hottest dance station of the time on Energy FM. Friday night's show, "Weekend Lift-off" rapidly became the most popular radio show in the capital, which resulted in trucking crates of vinyl all around the country. They landed gigs everywhere from the freshest clubs, to underground events, and even stages on major festival circuits. 

After transplanting back in the US, Kaspar continues to showcase his skills behind the decks. He has played at various raves and club events in Portland, Austin and San Antonio as well as Houston. He has shared the stage and opened up for the likes of Paul Oakenfold, Kenneth Thomas, First State, Myon & Shane 54 as well as countless others.

Alan is one of Australia's most respected deep & progressive house DJ's, and we are thrilled to share this special mix, recorded for Celtic Castle's Burning Man Multiverse just recently in 2020.

An artist who follows his intuition as much as his appetite, amháin’s world is a rhythmical atmosphere that entices those with imagination to explore inwards...voyages outwards...while paradoxically staying in the one place.

amháin is a purveyor of aural pleasure at salubrious events both domestically and across the globe.
