"Hello :) I'm Caity Watson, a predominantly techno artist from Naarm/Melbourne. I've been looking forward to the challenge that creating this set would bring as I've found hypnotic techno to be the hardest of all my styles to find femme produced tracks in. I did find it harder this time than some other 100% femme sets I've done to make this one cohesive, so I'm glad I did it.  

This set was so satisfying to make as deep, twisted, hypnoooootic techno is the style closest to my heart and I rarely get to play so hypnotic out in clubs. 

I want to highlight two artists from Melb in this set - https://soundcloud.com/disgrays & https://soundcloud.com/laskmusic ! Disgrays produces some of the craziest fast music I've ever heard and her tracks are important ingredients for my 'Fairy Ring' dark psy/experimental techno project. Lask, I watched play years ago in 2017 in Melb before I was a DJ. She moved to Berlin and now she's performing live on hardware and her productions and their meanings are beautiful. 

It was also crucial to include https://soundcloud.com/yazmin_mt ! I am absolutely rinsing her entire new EP on the Beaufort Beats label in so many sets I play.
