An interplanetary blast off of a tune. 

Newcomers Personna & Bloch then inject an electrifying youthful vibrancy into proceedings with ‘Endpoint’, already a firm favourite of Dave Seaman’s who insists ‘On Point’ may have been a more befitting title, before label favourite Athea returns to the fold with a no-nonsense heads down throbber in the form of ‘Rebel’. This is club music at its most vital. 

Next up, Berlin’s Smash TV gets deep down and dirty for the low slung groover that is ‘Freaks’, irresistible phatness of the highest order which is followed by the mysterious Mr E donning his alter ego for some serious superhero dance floor action courtesy of the beguiling ‘Lost’ and last but by no means least, Darksidevinyl & Balata combine for an Afro House anthem in the making. ‘Boohe’ is a towering representation of the genre. Tribal-tastic! 

In short, a magnificent seven that would have Bronson, Brynner & McQueen running for the hills.

Steve Bug is one of electronic music’s true originals. His relentless commitment to quality has made him one of the world’s most revered artists and curators, and along with his label Poker Flat has made a sizeable contribution to the house and techno scene as we know it.
Although dedicated to his own labels Steve’s talents have na- turally attracted the attention of other imprints. Bedrock, Knee Deep In Sound, Minus, Cocoon and Defected are just some of the labels that have championed original tracks and remixes.
Following on from 'Time Flies 1 here is the second decade in Steve Bug's ongoing and impressive career, highlighting his best productions from the years 2009 - 2019.
From instantly recognisable classics like Chordwalk Empire, The Arpeggio or Coconut Paradise to more stripped down raw and tracky vibes his full range of talents is present.
Not to be missed are Bug's collaborations with Cle, Langen- berg, Mr V or Jake the Rapper. John Shallcross is an Atlanta based electronic music artist, DJ, owner of ‘simulate’, largely inspired by the microhouse and minimalist styles developing out of Detroit and Germany during the early 2000’s. John is known for collaborating with Wiggle Factor (ATL), Group Therapy (SC), and Cardio ATL. In 2013 John co-founded the simulate podcast and party series as an attempt to showcase sounds from Atlanta’s long list of inspired players - and to provide a platform for showcasing unfamiliar contemporary tech-house/techno masters such as Mike Servito, Doubtingthomas, Dahlia, Terry Whyte, Nino Blink, and Bee Lincoln.

LA underground label Wulfpack kicks off October with their fourth Various Artists (VA) compilation featuring 11 deep and melodic house and techno tracks from local and international Wulfpack artists.

The first track on the release is from Australian producer Tonelab, who recently released with sister label Shadow Wulf, and has quickly become a Wulfpack favorite. His new track Friendly Tentacles reaches out to the listener with its magnetic melodic feelers and ushers through an intricately deep and mystic techno journey. 

The stand out house groover on the release is from alpha and Wulfpack mastering coordinator Drew Blyther bringing his classic light-hearted funky style with a saucy throwback surprise. 

Sunday Sanctuary founder and Krafted Underground artist Contessa (UV)’s latest track not only captures her stylistic essence but casts a spell with it’s undulating bassline and ethereal vocals.

Wülfpack is a collaboration of DJs and producers focused on creating an experience through sight and sound.
