Formerly known as B-Plexx, we're delighted to welcome Drex174 to Metalheadz for a bold new chapter in a career that already spans more than a decade.

Following a break from music, the UK producer submitted a five-track demo to the label - all of which were signed immediately, with Goldie personally calling to welcome him aboard. There's a clear sense of personal evolution across the EP, blending classic Metalheadz influences with a modern, forward-thinking edge.

Next up in the 30 Years of @metalheadz lathe cut series are two iconic tracks perfectly complimented by each other, Goldie's 'The Alpha Kemistry' and @bennyldnb's 2018 remix of @alex-reece-official's legendary 'Pulp Fiction'.

Benny's remix takes that DNA and amplifies it for today's soundsystems - a staple in Goldie's sets and a fitting tribute to one of the genre's most influential tracks.
